How do you address chronic stress, decreased stomach acid, decreased digestive enzymes, decreased DAO enzyme, etc?
Can you explain the mechanism how low estrogen affects serotonin, dopamine, endorphins, cytokines, CGRP, histamines, etc.
How much soy, wild yams, etc. should a person eat to support sex hormones?
Change in weather- barometric pressure change/temperature/humidity can affect migraine. Pressure on the outside of the body increases pressure in soft tissues affecting nerves especially in osteoarthritis. Serotonin increases with light and melatonin increases with dark.
Wheat and dairy can increase inflammation and lead to a migraine.
People can be genetically predisposed and epigenetic can pull the trigger causing symptoms.
Caffeine can increase the enzyme activity of a person who already has a fast COMT.
Decaffeinated beverages still have caffeine but lower amounts.
Nutrient deficiencies and poor detox pathways can trigger a migraine.
