Hola, yo uso fibra de coco o turba mezclada con unas bolas de arcilla o algo parecido. Muy, muy poco abono en la superficie.

Hello! I need help with my ficus! This had I almost killed it by over fertilizing... lost all it's leaves they started by going yellow and then falling off. I reported and gave it a good haircut (took down all the leaves and cut the dead wood away)!
It has been outside all summer, now my question is: I am in Montreal Quebec and winter is upon us! How do I bring it in for winter? Do I simply bring it in one day and that's it or should I start bringing it in one day at a time when temperatures hit 5°C and increase the day's in until it -0°C?
I would take it inside as soon as the temperatures fall below 12 Degrees Celsius

Do you know what variety of Ficus benjamina this is? It has smaller leaves than your typical benjamina.
I have F. benjamina "orientalis" and is very similar but has slightly darker leaves.
