I grew up with this game. Oddly enough, I never got the other two Magical Quest games. I was quite young at the time and didn’t have the same English-speaking skill I have today so I’m coming back to understand the story better. It wasn’t until recent years that I found out this was originally an SNES game and that it was actually made by the same folks behind Mega Man (hence why this was one of the better games I had back in the GBA era)
I really love the Disney Interactive logo at the beginning, but I saw the animated version which appeared on the PlayStation version of Disney's Treasure Planet, which was developed by Magenta Software and published by Sony Computer Entertainment, and was released in 2002.
@@arronmunroe hey, i know your comment has one year old, but makes sense that you only showed one screen on this game, since both players share POV, like many games in NES and SNES and so on
@@RayOfSunlight984 It's unfortunate that the score screen between stages doesn't show the info for both players, but it is mostly the same thing on both screens for the rest of the game. It can be a little annoying trying to figure out what to do in situations like this. I generally don't want extra screens if it's mostly the same on all of them but for something like Kirby Nightmare in Dream Land, it feels like I need all 4 screens, even though a lot of the time, all 4 players would be on screen together.

I don't remember looking like this
this was the first game my sister and I were able to play co-op together and man did we play the shit out of this game RIP Danielle
The nostalgia is almost gonna make me cry 🥲
They should release all these games on one disc for switch, ps5, pc and xbox. At the price of 30 bucks.
Literally childhood for me with this DS game.
I wonder if Baron Pete's dragon form foreshadows him teaming up with Maleficent in Kingdom Hearts.

There’s a secret in the baron’s castle.
I love Mickey and Minnie ❤️❤️❤️❤️😍
Love this game and happy to see a 2P run of the GBA version! I wonder if it's possible you'll do a 4P run of Kirby: Nightmare in Dreamland for GBA?
It's not the easiest thing to do, because of the online setup needed for it. I still eventually want to do that at some point.

Hey Arron, since you usually play games with Mark, is he your brother? Just curious.
Yes
@@arronmunroe That's nice. ^^ Is he older or younger than you?
@@penelopeham19 Older by a few years.
Oh hey sis, didn't see you here. ^^
@@HarmonyBunny Hi, sis! It's good to see you here too! ^^
I wonder how you got it working using a separate screen did you use online?
