DRC is a large country, the war is within a particular part of Eastern DRC. That has always had instability.
And this video is filmed in the capital, which is 1000's of miles away.

das ist der kongo, da gibt es auch keinen tüv , da gilt hauptsache fährt.
Die Spachtelarbeiten sind auch eher rustikal ausgeführt.😂

You’d think in such a hot country they’d paint taxis white, as l doubt any taxi’s there have AC, as for the respray job l’m not too sure what paint they were using but l didn’t see any lacquer used. To the outside world this is a crap job but to these people it’s quite acceptable. Here in the UK this work would set you back a least £2,000.
