Why do know RV companies make a model without an indoor kitchen. I'm pretty sure I have used my indoor kitchen under 10 times over a decade. I could probably survive so with Justin induction cooktop Hot Plate type thing so long as I have a good outdoor griddle or grill setup. Imagine all the extra space you could have without all Lowe's appliances and such. Plus the price should come down significantly
