In 1999, I went on a two week missions trip to Guatemala to help with all the things Christians were doing (well, I am no longer Christian since after college). They were building a school in the mountains, they had medical clinics and schools. The houses, including the one we stayed at in Antigua, had no floors. Almost everything costed about six cents, like a pineapple or hacky sacks. There was a huge coffee and chocolate market and a gift fair across Lake Panajatchel. The local music in the Czechiquel (I forgot how to spell it) region was the best, total accordions. The people had no washers and dryers and did laundry on a scrubbing board in a bucket. And, the restaurants there all poured soda and beverages into a plastic bag if you ordered one, so they could keep the bottle to deposit.
If you're able to you should take some time off of UA-cam to wind off a bit. Chill, spend time with your people, lift some shit. You're a great person and I'm happy to know about your existence ❤🇵🇸
Does this charity have an address where we can donate to it? I am afraid to donate to places that use the money for harm and don't help. I feel so bad about any part America has in supporting this genocide. I don't know if you can just upload your Tic Tocs and Instagram reels on UA-cam or maybe just post the links. I have been following this on sites like Democracy Now, Al Jazeera, Tim Truth, etc. It is truly shocking and appalling. I feel like anything they try and get away with elsewhere, it is only a matter of time before it comes here too.

I appreciate your compassion for innocent civilians in Gaza, and also find it extremely disheartening that you in no way address the unimaginable crimes done to innocent civilians in Israel, which is how this terrible war started. There is no way to have a conversation or for the two sides to understand eachother when such atrocities are ignored. As an Israeli who belonged to the significant political side in Israel that worked for peace, for a Palestinian state and for the end of the military occupation, I witnessed the most peace loving individuals get raped, tortured, murdered and abducted by countless Gazan civilians, those we fought for for years, and the world basically saying nothing (except demanding more proof for rape and sexual mutilation of women and girls). I sadly no longer believe the majority of Gazans don't want me and my fellow left wing peace loving Israelis raped, mutilated and dead. I wish I could say otherwise. I wish I didn't see video after video of rejoicing gazans infront or raped bodies of young girls, child hostages and murdered grandmothers. I wish there is a path forward after Hamas is destroyed, I really do, but in the meantime hearing stories of poor gazans that have no food because of the war they themselves started, while praising the barbaric attacks that left my friends and fellow peace activists mutilated and dead, is a bit too much. I wish you luck on your journey and luck with your youtube chanel, and hope you inspire many vegans and non vegans alike.

And I in no way rejoice over any of the bloodshed no matter the side. The entire situation is tragic and the organization I work with supported the families effected by Oct 7 when everything first went down. I know there were those who celebrated the attack. I dont deny that. But of all the families I worked with while in Cairo, many many of them stated clearly that they do not have any hatred against jewish people. They only want peace and equality. They are victims of a shitty situation and of a shitty government. Personally, I know I dont have control over what happens in the grand scheme of things but I do know I can help anyone I find in need. Gazan or otherwise. Im doing my best to just lighten the suffering in a cruel world. I think it's what I was meant to do.

They’ve been transferred all across the state because their houses were burned down by terrorists + Gazan civilians. But to not even mention once the situation, to say “Since October” and not “Since October 7th” because you know exactly what happened on Oct 7th, throughout the whole video, that’s biased. All this being said, I do plan on visiting Israel this summer if I am able. Most of my family and many of my friends live there.
