Tonya Polk hello Tonya :) Welcome! Yay thank you so much for the compliment. So a cake is custom when it's made personalised to the clients wants and is not a generic cake that usually is already ready made to purchase. Custom cakes are different cause they involve designing to suit he exact style for customers. Like for example they might want a " bag cake" or " football cake " . Hope that helps :)
Can I ask how is the cylinder holding the weight of the cakes above you put chocolate to hold it was there anything else I'm imagining it topping over if you move it

The one I had in video only supported 3 kilos so my cake was struggling to move . I highly recommend getting a rotating stand that supports at least 10kilos. Great question ! I would suggest adding a wooden dowel and drilling a hole in the cakeboard on top to be extra safe.
