Hey Frank, just seen the notifications from this vid today.I arrived at Corrour bout 11.30am and i knew the train back out was 6.25pm.I basically just sauntered about all day as i had so much time to kill.Probably one of the easiest Munros i've done, really straight-forward.Headed back to station with headtorch on and met a gang of walkers , one of which i knew and we all hunkered in the station shelter for a least an hour and a half till the train came.Station restaurant is open in the summer months i believe.
Oh yessss been waiting for your next video! Looks like you had the whole place to yourself not a soul anywhere to be seen..love that train station its on my list Andy...hope your well mate 👌
Good one Andy! Big surprise for me was at how good the view was from this Munro, For me it is a great day out. Did you get the train from Queen St or park at Bridge of Orchy like i did? Was the restaraunt open?
Hey Peter, notification for your comment just came in today. The views were awesome eh,lol.Even the train journey in we had a temperature inversion at Tyndrum.I done a bit of thinking about how to get there and back.Thought about B.O. Orchy and didn't fancy the long drive home in the dark but didn't fancy trying to get home from Queen St either leaving my car in the town.Dalmuir has a large CCTV free Car Park so went there then a quick drive to the Southside and home.As for the restaurant only open in summer months so a wee bit of extra food in the rucksack.
Beautiful video Andy xx
