- This walk takes in the three Munros of Stob Coire Sgriodain, Beinn na Lap and Chno Dearg from Fersit too the east of Loch Treig. It's not the normal route to Beinn na Lap but takes away the hassle of the train to Corrour Halt and gives much needed leg conditioning for the year ahead.
As always Charlie, a fantastic walk in glorious conditions for yourself and Mike. Good to see a nice dusting of snow up there. If I ever manage to get them all completed Beinn na lap will be my final one.

Frank👍🏔
Hi Frank, It's a popular final munro and always a great idea to decide early which top is you're last taking all things into consideration. I wasn't that well organised and completed all over the place... I'll need to give it more thought this time. Cheers, Charlie.
Nice tae see Beinn na Lap from the other side Charlie. Stunning day for it. 👍
Hi Kev, It was a cracking outing once the day brightened up a bit. I've done it from both sides but I prefer coming at it from the north as it's a shorter walk.... that's assuming you don't take the train. Cheers, Charlie.
Superb 👏👏👏
Hi Barrie, Glad you enjoyed our latest outing. A great day in ideal conditions. Cheers, Charlie.
Nice one good weather conditions, nice to watch AwsomE.
Hello, It’s just a joy when the weather is like this with the added bonus of no wind…. just terrific. Cheers, Charlie
Nice one guys. Great day out, crystal clear, could see for miles. Cheers, Andy.
Hi Andy, It was just one of those Spring days that’s a joy to be at height. Walking with no wind is always a bonus. Many thanks for watching. Cheers, Charlie.
You got the weather Charlie. Adding Beinn na lap adds a fair bit. Well done. Gordon
Hi Gordon, The weather was being forecast as a stick on so it was great that it came through. A super day with stunning views. Cheers, Charlie.
Cracking day for it Charlie, stunning views all around 👌 great video 📹 atb Brian 👍
Hi Brian, Many thanks for watching our latest outing which was just a joy in the Spring sunshine and no wind. We lost count of the hills on views 👍. Cheers, Charlie
Stunning views, terrific filming( as ever) funnily enough did the usual two, ten days ago in all that glorious cold clear weather. Nice to see the fresh snowfall and useful to note as I’m wild camping this weekend for three days to do my remaining 5 in the Ben Alder range.
It was a great route you chose and a big day. Keep them coming Charlie, I particularly like your informative delivery.
Cheers
Hi Timothy, It's a particularly settled spell of weather which is just great at this time of year. Hope your camping goes well this weekend and certainly a good plan for the Ben Alder group as the midge are on steroids if left for later in the year. Have a good one... Cheers, Charlie.
Fantastic video with chrystal clear views - it has been a joy to watch! Cheers, Wolfgang
Hi Wolfgang, Many thanks for watching our latest outing. Just a cracking day with views for miles in the cool, clear skies. Take care, Charlie
Cracking big day out lads.
Hi Alistair, I bigger day just to see where the fitness is for the season ahead. A great day but a bit more leg work required for our walking week in Ullapool. Cheers, Charlie.
Wonderful video Charlie. You certainly had fantastic weather for it!
Hi Dave, It was one of these days when the weather played the game…. just terrific, with the advantage of no wind and stunning views. Cheers, Charlie.
Great video again. Glad the weather turned out good for you. ATB
Hi Mike, We we’re beginning to wonder about the weather but the sun came through. Many thanks for watching. Cheers, Charlie.
nice route Charlie. I had been looking at ways to do those without using the train to walk Beinn na lap. some amazing views you got and those big black looking clouds really added atmosphere. a fair distance but as always you make it look easy! cheers Paul
Hi Paul, We’ve walked in from the south which is a longer walk and our preference is coming in from the north. There is always the fallback position of letting the train take the strain 👍 Thanks for watching. Cheers, Charlie.
Another cracking video👍
Hi Goprocaz, Many thanks for watching our latest outing where we had another cracker. Cheers, Charlie
Superb image quality. Inspirational. It’s odd how the streams branch while descending from Coire an Lochain to the River Treig.
Hello, Many thanks for watching our latest outing. Just a cracking day with the overnight snow giving the landscape more contrast. Cheers, Charlie
Wonderful, your'e so fortunate to get out so often, brilliant filming. do you see many goldies and ptarmigan etc, even dottrel? I live close to the Peak District, have Done plenty in Scotland though. Thanks Vanessa
Hi Vanessa, We do indeed see quite a bit of wild life. Dotterel are on the higher tops during the summer and are always a joy to see. The ptarmigan is my favourite for its colour change and the conditions that they endure. Cheers, Charlie.
