Coke had other commercials later on that slowed it down and made it more....intimate. like the Christmas polar bear ones. God, how I miss the 90s... :(
This is the single greatest jingle I've ever heard! I didn't even know they had this! I read a comment down below that says they should have brought this back for nostalgia and I COMPLETELY agree!
Ya know, since there’s such a strong market these days for nostalgia, I wonder why Coke hasn’t brought this jingle back. It’s still just as catchy as it was when I was a kid
There was actually a special version of this ad played in Canada after the Toronto Blue Jays won the 1993 World Series. They also brought it back for a while in 2015 and 2016 when the Jays made a couple more playoff runs.
aaaahhh..... this jingle always make me happy, can listen to it all day long, remember when i was a kid switching the tv channels waiting for the ad :D 90's 90's 90's!!!!!
I still find myself humming this tune randomly literally decades after this commercial stopped airing as I drive around and see Coke ads or products. That's just how classic Coca-Cola Classic really is.
Coke needs to bring this song back, it was the #1 song in Cincinnati for weeks when it came out. Awesome. :-) I think they played it on the radio nonstop for a month!
Absolutely , I wished I would have been older for the early 90s but in infants, I wore a teenage mutant ninja turtles purple backpack and loved this ad ha
Not gonna lie. I brought this to my wife's attention yesterday and she said she didn't remember seeing this commercial back in the 90s. I played it for her and had to look away for a bit a tear was fight its way out my eye but I held it.. *sniff* feeling nostalgic
the year is 2023. I am sitting at work, minding my own business. for no reason, out of no where, in my mind, the sound of "COCA COLA CLASSIC IS ALWAYS THE ONE"
This tune only reminds me of Christmas... That Christmas season coke ad always told me that good things where approaching. "Hum the day are coming, huum the days are coming, huuum the day are coming Always Coca Cola!, et cetera, et cetera, some thing, something, 'tis the season, it's always the real thing." Always admired the lyrics too. I never even drank Coke as a child. But that song had a hold on me. That's advertising!
But Coca Cola is the one that made Christmas the way it is today lol. Santa Claus is a Coca Cola product, based on the original Saint Nicholas. That's why the xmas Coke ad is so christmasy, Coca Cola IS Christmas xD
i remember this being played on a 1st generation Pentium processor on a sound blaster sound card back in 1996. It was a cutting edge technology at that time :)
I can't believe I actually forgot about this ad campaign. One day I was at work and an unattended computer terminal was on with a browser open to UA-cam featuring this jingle on pause...then there was no forgetting after that.
Someone on Reddit just simply said: "always Coca-Cola." And it instantly set off vibes of intense nostalgia. I had completely forgotten about this ad campaign. By far, the greatest one ever created. Certainly this is the greatest jingle.
I snap, I'm about to cry. I remember the first time I saw this commercial after watching "Don't Tell Mom, The Babysitter's Dead" and fell in love with it. They def need to bring this campaign back, with this commercial!
I don't drink Coca-Cola anymore (trying to lose weight), but I fondly remember watching this ad during the 1992 Summer Olympics (or thereabouts, for some reason I associate this ad with 1992). Honestly, it still holds up over a decade and a half later!
I was in grad school when this commercial was out. I remember being in a room with a bunch of the other grad students talking and chatting, and this commercial came on. The conversation stopped and for the next 51 seconds, we all just stared at the TV and watched the ad. Afterwards, we even realized what we had done and remarked on it. This remains one of the best pieces of advertising art I've ever seen.
This really is a great jingle. Catchy as all got out. Sounds good in English, Spanish, and......Hungarian. I rest my case. I thing they aired it during the Fifa World Cup here in the US. I dont remember the English version. General tv coverage was lousy; but, turn that dial to KDTV-14 Univision, and buckle-up. Norberto Longo and Andreas Cantor were rockin' the house!!! Great memories.
This brings back better times when my grandfather was still around and he would swing his feet in time to this ad while sitting in his easy chair. I can't believe I found it here. You tube is something else!
Wherever there's a pool there's always a flirt whenever there's school, there'll always be homework wherever there's a beat, there's always a drum whenever there's fun there's always coca-cola... yeah. The stars will always shine, the birds will always sing As long as there is thirst, there's always the real thing Coca-cola is always the one Whenever there is fun, there's always coca-cola The stars will always shine upon the silver screen, Whenever there's a showtime there's always the real thing, Coca-Cola classic is always the one, At the movies having fun there's always Coca-Cola... Wherever there's a present there's always a bow, wherever there is Santa there's always ho ho ho, wherever there's a choir there's always a song, when the holidays come along there's always Coca-Cola, wherever there's a bell there's always a ring, wherever there's Coca-Cola it's always the real thing
lol! That's true. And "whenever there is school. there'll always be homework..." Hmm, when I was in school, I'd get my work done before I left class. Homework was rare...
I remember this jingle between 93-94(but I'd say it was more 93 now ) because around x-mas time this jingle played but instead my dad sing to my brother, who's diaper he was changing(fa la la la la, Boomer's a stinky ***!) He's now 17! If my dad had never sing that, I'd probably would have forgotten!
Wow! This has to be the world's FIRST "Lyric Video", by far. Videos with the lyrics clearly printed onscreen didn't start taking off until about 2010 or so, which was almost 20 years after this video was created.
wow. i forgot all about this commercial. i remember when it was still on tv, it would drive me crazy as a kid. but now that i'm older, i start to reminisce! aww. :)
This has to be the best jingle ever. I remember it from around 1992-1993. I think this commercial helped turn me into a Coke addict.
I'm sorry, but the way you said "coke addict" made me bust out laughing.
That reminds me... I need to call me dealer!!!😂😂🎉❤
That’s when I was born
Same
@@silentstreamrfun fact: it was from 1993 and 1994
This song is forever in my mind. Love the 90s
It was catchy and had great copy.
Coke had other commercials later on that slowed it down and made it more....intimate. like the Christmas polar bear ones.

Possibly one of the best TV jingles ever! Love it
This is the single greatest jingle I've ever heard! I didn't even know they had this! I read a comment down below that says they should have brought this back for nostalgia and I COMPLETELY agree!
It's Bangla version with same tume released in this Ramadan in Bangladesh 2024 and as well hit!
The GOAT of Coca-Cola commercials. Ad folks today are clowns.
Yep!
I remember singing this song when i was in primary school in 1993, catchy tune it was
Loved this ad as a child!
same
loved this theme as a kid. i still love it now. Boy! memories...
Ya know, since there’s such a strong market these days for nostalgia, I wonder why Coke hasn’t brought this jingle back. It’s still just as catchy as it was when I was a kid

They're too busy being racist.
Nostalgia works when it brings something back. The only memory this brings back is being annoyed at shitty commercials
Coca cola has one of the best ads out there, this one and the "holidays are coming" are just magic, pure nostalgia!
aaaahhh..... this jingle always make me happy, can listen to it all day long, remember when i was a kid switching the tv channels waiting for the ad :D
90's 90's 90's!!!!!
I still find myself humming this tune randomly literally decades after this commercial stopped airing as I drive around and see Coke ads or products. That's just how classic Coca-Cola Classic really is.
Poppped up in my head today and I just had to find it. LOVE this jingle~
This is so damn catchy, even to this day ^^
true
This is one of the best coke commercial
The best commercial jingle ever, fond memories of being a kid in the early 90s.
Coke needs to bring this song back, it was the #1 song in Cincinnati for weeks when it came out. Awesome. :-) I think they played it on the radio nonstop for a month!
My fave jingle EVER!! I even have this song on my Ipod!!... It makes me happy every time I listen to it!
my early 90s childhood.. ah.... best days ever!
Same here G. 90’s were simple and beautiful
Absolutely , I wished I would have been older for the early 90s but in infants, I wore a teenage mutant ninja turtles purple backpack and loved this ad ha
The 90s ruled
IF Coca-Cola Telecommunications Was Relaunched Then Its New Logo Should Have This Theme
There no better decade than the 90’s. Awesome music, awesome movies even merchandise was in a much higher quality than now
Society peaked then. Post 00s never been the same
First Coca Cola jingle I've ever heard at a tender age. Good times!
Not gonna lie. I brought this to my wife's attention yesterday and she said she didn't remember seeing this commercial back in the 90s. I played it for her and had to look away for a bit a tear was fight its way out my eye but I held it.. *sniff* feeling nostalgic
Spectacular ad!
Saw it in the third grade.
Now I understand, being the one at the pool who is always the flirt, how weird that first line is.
Thinking the same haha first line

Always admired the lyrics too.
I never even drank Coke as a child. But that song had a hold on me.
That's advertising!
Speaking of Coca-Cola and Christmas we have Coca-Cola to thank for giving us the Santa we know and love.
But Coca Cola is the one that made Christmas the way it is today lol. Santa Claus is a Coca Cola product, based on the original Saint Nicholas. That's why the xmas Coke ad is so christmasy, Coca Cola IS Christmas xD
I swear never forgot this song. Lyrics and melody are forever in my brain haha
i remember this being played on a 1st generation Pentium processor on a sound blaster sound card back in 1996. It was a cutting edge technology at that time :)
I can't believe I actually forgot about this ad campaign. One day I was at work and an unattended computer terminal was on with a browser open to UA-cam featuring this jingle on pause...then there was no forgetting after that.
Totally the best jingle. When UA-cam first came out, I kept searching for this until I eventually found it so that I could listen all the time.
The 90s rocked.
God where has the 90s gone. Best RnB, best hip hop beats, best everything came during the 90s. Now its all about money and the passion has evaporated.
Still one of the funkiest big corporation product jingles ever written.
Someone on Reddit just simply said: "always Coca-Cola." And it instantly set off vibes of intense nostalgia. I had completely forgotten about this ad campaign. By far, the greatest one ever created. Certainly this is the greatest jingle.
This song is still so catchy. I don't even care that I'm being advertised something.
this is the best coca cola commercial ever
I snap, I'm about to cry. I remember the first time I saw this commercial after watching "Don't Tell Mom, The Babysitter's Dead" and fell in love with it.

Greatest coke campaign ever.
This song defines my childhood.
Oh yeah! I remember when this came out in the early 90's and man what a catchy tune it is for one of my fave soft drinks.
Bring this advert back onto our tv screens
Man I remember singing this to my dad's friend all the time..Ohh god I feel so old..I'm so glad I got to experience this growing up
I was in grad school when this commercial was out. I remember being in a room with a bunch of the other grad students talking and chatting, and this commercial came on. omg I remember this commercial bacc in the 90s...
OMG I love the beat of this song! I really awesome! Bring back memories!
one of the best commercials of the 90s
I first saw this commercial in 1998 when I was younger and growing up.
Great times , no phones , great musical era , real instruments, minimal idiocy .
eating egg sandwich and drinking cocacola for breakfast and listening to this beat it's how I roll!
I remember Blockbuster having this jingle on television while showing trailers for new releases.
This is my favorite ad. Ever. A "game changer".
This really is a great jingle. Catchy as all got out. Sounds good in English, Spanish, and......Hungarian. I rest my case.

I didn't think I liked this song back in the day but apparently I did because it's still in my head
Memories 😊 I was two when this aired.
It used again this format for Coca-Cola in summer 1996 in Vietnam
i used to get this song stuck in my head ALL THE TIME. even now
How do i still remember this 30 years after?!?!
Am I the only one who remembers a variation where they ad. "...on a blockbuster night.....always coca cola"
When I drink Coke this song comes to my head.
Wherever there's a pool there's always a flirt
whenever there's school, there'll always be homework
wherever there's a beat, there's always a drum
whenever there's fun there's always coca-cola... yeah.
The stars will always shine, the birds will always sing
As long as there is thirst, there's always the real thing
Coca-cola is always the one

I pray that Coca Cola starts airing this commercial again!
The best Coca Cola spot :).I love the 90s.
I wonder if Don Draper came out retirement for one last hurrah with this jingle...
They need to bring this song and the mentos song back in the commercials!
Coca-Cola was about 25 years ahead of youtubers when it comes to making lyric videos.
They always played this on the radio during Dodgers games. Always makes me think of baseball when I hear it.
In #Pakistan we had this Ad in English and national language Urdu. Memories of summer 1994..
why is this catchier than the shit on radio today
this is so goddam catchy
It's ironic that one of the lyrics is whenever there's a beat there's always a drum, because this song has a beat but no drum.
lol! That's true. And "whenever there is school. there'll always be homework..." Hmm, when I was in school, I'd get my work done before I left class. Homework was rare...
Reminds me of my preschool days when this commercial was aired all the time, during late 1993-early 1994
One of the best jingle of BTV.
Reminds me of a time when USA was the coolest and everyone wanted to go there😂 90s how i miss u!
I was born in the 2000s and this is a jam lol
because of the melody
Randomly popped in my head 🎼🎶🎵🙌🏾
Wow! This has to be the world's FIRST "Lyric Video", by far. Videos with the lyrics clearly printed onscreen didn't start taking off until about 2010 or so, which was almost 20 years after this video was created.
My favourite advert of all time! Class!
I don’t think I could ever get sick of this song!!! 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗😎😎😎😎😎🤗🤗🤗🤗
might be the best commercial jingle of all time.

I miss the 90's.
Now I miss 2010
stoned drinking a cocacola and watching this was aaamazing now where's my rugrats and doug and ill call it a night :P
I genuinely felt this on a spiritual level
Back when carbonated drinks had slogans in the commercials.
Whenever there is school, there'll always be homework!
I remember this commercial very vividly! Wow where have the good times went...
Been trying to find this jingle FOREVERRRRRRR
