Hi, all you need in life is a ct90. I have a 1967 ct90 that I've over bored pto 104cc, ported the head as it had a 27mm inlet and 23mm exhaust valves but a 15mm induction. It's now 26mm, along with a custom intake manifold and bigger carb. Just converting to 12v, it also has the high/low gearbox. Hence, I wanted to save it instead of swapping it for a Chinese 125.
Good day to you. I am a senior rider on HONDA Cross Cub from Japan. Enjoying touring ,camping and video uploading. This is so nice HINDA CUB video Awesome!! Thank you so much for sharing!! Have a nice day my friend!!
Great video, I recently picked up a CT110 ag with hi/lo gearbox as a pile of parts. Your video has inspired me to build it up as a postie trials bike. Thanks!
I watch your video very exciting thanks for sharing I read you said (big Bore) is that a filling or you can buy football time for the Honda TC 110 and also can you get a lower gear for you to get more torque I have a TC 110 I love it with the high and low gears for quietly going through the foothills scouting for my hunting if you can give me any info on where and how to get a front tooth lower gear I very much appreciate it thank you

Yep, that low range gearing and low center of gravity make this bike unstoppable!
That skid plate is awesome!

Definitely!!! I need those handle bars !!!
I just got a postie bike. Thanks for helping reassure my decision was the correct one.
Gemini Wagon: This might help also. ua-cam.com/video/gyd80Vhy1zg/v-deo.html
The Mighty ct110 postie bike. #1
I have a CT 90....it's a 1975...
I need to do something with it
Good looking work shop 👍
this is a little bit crazy, nut if you have a 90 motor with the sub transmission there is a way to swap in a manual clutch for even more torque
I saw a new CT125 Trail out and about today!
I’m building one at the moment UA-cam won’t let me upload as a video though you learn so much from your work on these bikes

Best value for money off roader. Id probably just put bash guard and heavy duty front fork oil on top of standard Postie.!
Well done great vid
