- Are the rear shocks on your CT 110 weak & worn out? Changing the rear suspension is an easy upgrade to your bike. Improving handling, load carrying ability & the overall safety of your bike. But which shocks should you choose?

Thanks for the video. Very helpful.
Seems the JBS shocks are out of stock. Hopefully they have more for sale soon.
Yeah I saw that, they've been out of stock for a while. Not sure who else stocks them. Thanks Mark for watching & leaving a comment.
Link to the shocks I used. They sell black or chrome spring versions. I am not affiliated with or sponsored by JBS. www.japbikespares.com/honda-ct110-postie-bike-350mm-jbs-chrome-shock-absorbers-eye-to-eye-nc
How will find you on Facebook. I remember talking to you down at the Gold Coast about your panniers.
I don't put any Postie stuff on FB, yesh I remember talking to you too. Catch up at the Nats.
I have been thinking about changing mine, you have a link to the ones you got from Brisbane.

If you're thinking of some gas canister shocks, I have a short video out on Saturday where I cut the canister off.
They have chrome springs or black springs. They've have gone up in price since I bought mine.
Is the canister legitimate? I've seen cheap shocks have the canister just for show.
See my video where I cut the canister off these shocks & find out.
Can you say what the difference in weight ratings are between the standard and the new chrome ones are. Cheers
No rating is given on the JBS website, for my use with a heavy rider & lots of camping gear they are perfect. For someone under 80kg without carrying a load they may be too stiff.
