I am also a practising advocate and have direct encounters with many of the judges in Civil Court as well as Sessions Court but not a single time, judge was able to make my steps back. This newly registered advocate should take stand against the High Court immediately at the same moment and then let everything to be happened.❤❤❤❤❤

Sir things would've been different if he was not a young adv... I've seen many seniors who appeared and mentioned in between the proceedings and Hon'ble judges hear them...
I will request to authorities take an action against that judge so that to be maintain dignity of learned Lawyer as officer of court and the court 🙏 🙏

So the judge doesn’t want the young advocate to appear and stand in the corridor for 10 years. If the case mentioned. Was that of some VIP or rich man’s case the judge will hear so that his name comes in newspaper the next day

rubbish garbage of the court .. if this came from the other side contempt would have been the outcome but contempt works both ways…the court does not belong to anyone except to be of the law and always uphelding the law it is not a position for some to abuse but a position where you are required to act in neutrality and approach with respect to

Agree,words were a bit harsh. But do they not teach such basic things in law colleges. The way cases are piling up in courts,and many a times advocates coming unprepared or underprepared takes a toll on patience of Judges. Advocates most of the times do not do justice to their clients, which is one of the reasons cases keep piling up. Delays, Delays and Delays are hallmark of our Judicial system. Unless we set time limits and pressure on advocates to be accountable not only to courts but also their clients, we wont see much improvement in functioning of Judicial system. There are Judges who pull up advocates for being casual and lethargic in their approach to cases,but their numbers are very few..😏

Adv r to earn for themselves, how they r law officers. They r not in any service rendering advocacy for money.
Advocates are court officers and legal professionals. So, it's a legal service.

Low meritious, collegium judges can tell any thing as they have fallen from heaven to select their salary , drag cases for decades & loot thereby.
Matter can be very urgent, but there is some decorum in a Court. He could have waited till the other matter whose hearing matter was going on have ended. Or he could have mentioned at the time of rising at 2 pm. Do not make such videos as this is demeaning the prestige of the Court. The Learned junior should learn the manners how to behave in Court and when is the appropriate time for mentioning. Do not misguide people by making such videos.
