Imagine if just like in the US traffic challans needs to be answered in front of a judge, then that number of pending cases would be in billions.
Well, there are traffic courts at a in each state which deal with only traffic related problems

नवी मुंबई बेलापूर हाईकोर्ट मे मेरा केस 2016 से चालू है। इतने सालो में आरोपी (बिल्डर)कभी हजर नही रहा। उसके ऊपर वारंट निकाला।
सरप्राइजिंग बात ये है की, जिस दिन कोर्ट का तारीख नहीं उस दिन आरोपी एक लेटर देके जाता है और जज उस लेटर को एक्सेप्ट करके वारंट को कैंसल भी करते है।
और फिरासे जैसे थे, तारीख पे तारीख..
वकील कहते है जज से मिस्टेक हो गया।
ये कोनसा न्याय है बताओ।

It is well know that lower courtd judges act like Muscle man,neither knows law nor want to listen,and these judges goes to high court..so can understand what will be the quality of judgements.
