Can we practice law without doing juniorship? I mean should I start on myself?? Just take a table chair and start sitting in the Vakaltkhana under the asbestes? My parents and Advocates known to me ask me that how many people know you and they will come to you... Advocates here are suggesting me to be under an advocate for at least 2 years in his chamber and then start your own independent practice... One thing I have learnt that no one teaches anyone in this profession if somebody is doing that then they are rare specie. There is a lot of politics. Advocates here in dist court speak bad about others, defame them. We keep silent respecting the age of other juniors in the chamber. These are the reasons why I want to start my own. Earlier I worked in Patna HC for 1 year but now due to family circumstances I have to start practice in Siwan District Court. This is where my parents live, that's why I came here. Please suggest me something sir.
