What if Advocate is not ready to give the brief of the case ...and not ready to give NOC so in this situation what remedy is left with the client ...??

सर प्रयास ठीक है पर आपने ये नहीं बताया कि वकील ने केस के लिए एक मुश्त फीस ली है वह वापिस मिल सकेगी या नहीं 'सर तीन वर्ष पांच महीने पहले आगरा कमिश्नरी एक वकील सहाव ने मेरे काम के लिए एक मुश्त पूरी फीस ले ली थीं और छः महीने में मेरा काम करने को वोला था पर अभी तक कोई कार्रवाई नहीं हुई है फोन उठाते नहीं है उनके पास जाओ तो इस हफ्ते करते हैं बहुत परेशान हैं क्या करें

Good evening sir, my advocate also this kind of work. I have given him fee, it fee had also himself choose. It is civil case, against two party's who different. Full payment has given. Nowadays is lock down also going on. I ask with him on WhatsApp but that no any reply define.
