Many organizations, especially nonprofits, use google sheets for day to day data management and tracking. In this video I will show you how you can edit and sync Salesforce directly from Google Sheets.

When you update data in the reports, for example you change the number of employees listed for an account or add a new contact for an account and then follow the steps in your video, do those changes also show up when you look at that account record?

Are there any ways to get the picklist values in google sheet? Any best practices to make sure that users are not making local changes in Salsforce to data you are updating outside of Salesforce?

That's a really good question Ramzi. I am not aware of how you would do that with the free google connector. However, I am sure one of the paid products like the one from Xappex might have this feature.
