Thanks. This video was very helpful. But -- one question -- when you imported data you had the option to "Load Last Import Settings". That option is not appearing for me. Any thoughts on what I can do to make that appear?

When using this, I am able to add the add-in to my workspace, but when I go to "Connect to Salesforce" on the add-in menu, it is greyed out. Any thoughts?

Looking into this myself, in the meantime I'm either report or import and using the included Scheduler. I can auto refresh every 4, 8 or 24 hours. This has been working well for me.

I have import report from salesforce but look like not work well. as my report in Matrix format. so how to import column stay in order like you do?

I use SOQL to pull the data in the column format I want.

Facing some data not tally & missing data problem. And the auto refresh error is "Cannot read property "length" from undefined."
For now every time only can create a new g-sheet to auto the data, but few days then the above problem come out again.
