We have Ducklings! Chestnut Teal Box | BirdSpyAus

It looks like 8 of the 9 eggs have hatched, they should leave the nest in the next 24 hours.
They hatched on Dec 9th.
This is the second time this season that this box has been used and after the first time we have updated the cameras so we can now see what is happening at night too.
If the nest looks empty that is because she has covered up the eggs and gone off for awhile but she will be back.
Due to UA-cam's limit of 12 hours on saving Live-streams we stop ours at around 11 hours and start a new one.
As we can now watch her at night we have noticed that she has been leaving the nest early mornings, like around 1 am and coming back as the sun comes up.
It looks like she started to incubate on November 14th.,
