My son learned the CPS number in the third grade at school. He came home one day, and out of nowhere, he mouthed off at me. I got up to deal with his mouth, and he dared to form the words, "I know the number to CPS, and if you do anything to me, I'll call!" I promptly grabbed the phone and put it beside him and told him he could call, but he won't make it by the time they got to our house. He immediately apologized and never mouthed off or threatened to call CPS again! Problem solved. I love my child (grown now), but he always knew that I would not tolerate disrespect... even when he grew to be 6.1ft tall, towering over me. 😊 He grew to be an awesome adult.

Judge Manning reminds me of my neighbor, shes the athletic director and is hard as nails but she has a absolute heart of gold and is just an amazing human.
Please love and respect your moms. My mother has liver cancer. I was told two days ago, she is not a candidate for oral or intravenous medicine to even slow it down. We have months. I lost my dad at 17. My mom is my world. I'm lost, I'm devastated and it doesn't seem real. I'm 35, I thought I d have her forever. At least longer than this. And all I can think of is all the wrongs I've done. The fights we had. Even though we're inseparable and she forgave me, it's all I can think of. And that I'll never see her again, or hear her voice. I love Judge Manning and Judge Simpson! I’m curious Mike, what is the strangest case you or a fellow attorney have dealt with? 😅 I’ve only worked for Corporate attorneys in Chicago.
Poor Judge Manning - having to listen to this drivel day in and day out. She's an amazing woman, for sure!! She exercises huge amounts of common sense and fairness, and knows when to put the hammer down. (Judge Manning 2024!!) What a hot mess - something tells me there is plenty of blame to go around here, but the daughter seems to be really ungrateful of the situation. I'm growing weary of entitled adults...
Every time I see Judge Manning’s name, I click to watch! I love her!❤ I wish my mama could text me 9 or 10 times a day. The daughter is acting high and mighty for someone who’s been to prison numerous times.
Love this judge you can tell she became a judge ro fix this broken system. If the police officers were replaced with people like minded, it would be an awesome and fair life
That police officer should have checked the daughter’s probation status. If she is on probation she should have been taken into custody. Also, based on Mom’s very credible testimony, daughter should have been arrested for domestic violence right then. Around here, preventing a person from calling for help is basically an automatic arrest. Tearing the phone off the wall should be an automatic arrest.
The cops evidently asked the questions if it got physical and they both gave the answer no so that’s why it ends up that way of her staying and they can’t force her out. If she was on probation just getting cops called don’t mean you get arrested. She would have to be charged w a crime which she wasn’t. Police could have put a report in to her po to check her home for guns. This did seem petty, mom obviously just wanted her out the house which is sad knowing they lost it all in a fire and may take a few months to get back on there feet. I believe the story of gma was mad at the grandchild which started a VERBAL argument. She really danced @ the threat question so i didn’t really believe she really felt threatened.
Mike, could you look into bringing on a court reporter onto your channel for an interview? Especially one from a court in the hood? I'd like to hear how they interpret the section 8 dialect in a legal setting. Please and thank you!
Awww Judge Manning was adopted too! I love her even more. I tell my sister and brother that mom chose me and she was stuck with you 2! Or mom had you two and made up for it by adopting me! Haha
Mike, Raven had been on her own, in her own apartment, paying her own bills for over 2 years. She could not stay there because of the fire and had nowhere else to go on short notice so went to her mom's with her mom's permission. It appears, from what I have heard in this hearing, that the mom was mad because of something that the 8 year old child did when she accompanied her to work at the salon that day. It also appears that the mom has a habit of offering to help the daughter, and then taking back that help each time she gets mad about something. I think they both need counseling, but I don't think the mom is in danger from the daughter at all. .
I totally agree. I don't know why the general consensus is to crap all over the daughter here... It's not like she was a total ungrateful bum. She is being defensively reactionary to her mother's narcissistic devaluation and assertions of control over her (+her girls). I mean, it really frustrates me when ignorant law professionals have ZERO clue about how a narcissistic abuse dynamic works to make the victim look bad. But the mom's narcissism was palpable. Including the grandkids on the TPO, which insinuates that she thinks that her daughter shouldn't have custody of her kids for safety concerns... And she even conceded that THAT was a lie. The judge kept emphasizing the children's well-being in regards to the implied eviction order with a TPO. She basically said "I don't care, MY HOUSE (even though she has another residence she's currently in while her daughter + kids have NOTHING due to no fault of their own...). AND THEN... It's revealed that mom calls her INCESSANTLY throughout the day. Umm, yeah, I'm not sure why the consensus is to side with the mom petitioner here... She's an OBVIOUS NARCISSIST according to my well-informed opinion lol. Daughter needs to go full no contact (including third party indirect interactions, just talking about her or even THINKING about her). God only knows the hurtful things that matri-narc has said to her to make her feel guilty and indebted bc she's ADOPTED. Smfh.
I totally agree. It's 3 days & the mom acted like a control freak with power. Which is why the daughter tries to never rely on her mother. She gonna lose out on her grand kids. Also a felon shouldn't have a gun nor ever threaten ur mom with it. That's just wrong .
I feel terrible for the children being caught in the middle of this. These kids need someone to step in and stand up for their best interests. It drives me crazy how badly this country lets children be treated with little to no reach out.
I love my mama. I would call her multiple times of a day. Raven sounds like exactly like my sister. Even though she is married with kids.she still expect my mom to pay her bills.

😂😂😂 Right kikebshe has it good. That 6 months gonna mess her up. Some people don't know how good they have it.
This sounds like a headache of a family. We got a idiotic daughter and a overly attached and emotional parent.
I *guarantee* both sides are omitting things.
She's going to wish for the 9-10 phone calls a day when her mom is gone..
Thank you for always making sure we can hear the parties loudlyand clearly. Other channels that post these zoom courts fail to do this
She loves her daughter but 2 guns in possession on parole 😮😮😮😮
She raised a spoiled brat and now she has to deal with it.
Mike, as a former nurse now working in the legal world, I am a tad perplexed by the amount of skin you’re not showing.
😂😂😂
Right!? The video feels wrong if there isn’t at least 12” of chest showing.
If you had correct renters insurance , you would have had a check within a few days. And stop making it all of your moms fault. Good luck Miss Williams ❤️🙏😇
I wish I could talk to my mom ten times in a day may she REST In Heaven ❤😢
It's Mommas house, Mommas rules. Period.
That entitled attitude is insane! She took YOUR better kid?!! They are your kids!!?? You are in HER house, and brought your thugs!
Where is your kids dad
"Babies, Drugs and Guns" reminds me of Warren Zevon's "Lawyers, Guns and Money" 😂
Good grief, she's quite a storyteller. She goes on and on!!! The daughter already has been charged, sentenced and released by the time mom finishes her story.
Let it b old ppl love to talk and their side even if it's long they want to make sure everything is said and done my granny was the same way. So leave the last alone
Your comment made me laugh but I’d give anything to hear my grandma ramble on…
OMG These 2 are something else. Both of them are bullheaded and stubborn. I feel bad for the children.
When folks say "Long story short...". it usually isn't.
I love Judge Manning and Judge Simpson! I’m curious Mike, what is the strangest case you or a fellow attorney have dealt with? 😅 I’ve only worked for Corporate attorneys in Chicago.
Raven will use whomever she can.
It's the moms house so get out. *THE END!*
Exactly
And she took the phone from her mom, I would have never done that not end to a stranger she doesn’t want anymore to see her face
Told my daughter she need to change her doctors out of Fulton Co.
Babies Drugs & Guns - wasn't that an obscure Warren Zevon song? 😂
I’m with Ms Marvely, I don’t tolerate nonsense in my house.
Why is she sitting in the dark.. and why is the judge not saying I can’t see you…
Poor Judge Manning - having to listen to this drivel day in and day out.
First time catching you live… hello hello hello from Missouri.
Who raised her? Oh, Ms. Maverly.😂😂😂😂
Love this judge so much she cares about people
Every time I see Judge Manning’s name, I click to watch! I love her!❤
I wish my mama could text me 9 or 10 times a day. The daughter is acting high and mighty for someone who’s been to prison numerous times.
Me too.😓😥😥
@@garfield2439-same here!
I like the idea of a backup house. Gotta try that.
Wouldn't being on probation usually mean you can't have weapons?
My fave lawyer!
I’ll take Ms Marverly as my granny she’s so sweet.
This woman is a perfect example of why adoptees are often against adoption.😮
Do we think Judge Manning can straighten out Washington? I say we send her.
since miss Marverly is paying the bills on that house I can see why she wants this "daughter" out.
I couldn't be a judge, I would be yelling "the point, the point get to the point"!!!! 😵💫🫨
It’s always so ironic that evictions always come along with a TPO.
How is that ironic?
I agree about the nails- they demonstrate that she doesn’t do shit! Lol
um, its your baby.... she did not have to take any kids with her. this girl is wrong... spoiled kids make spoiled adults...
Awww Judge Manning was adopted too! I love her even more. I tell my sister and brother that mom chose me and she was stuck with you 2! Or mom had you two and made up for it by adopting me! Haha
It would take 3 years of therapy to even put a dent in these issues.
Ahhhhhhh❤ Judge Manning is so adorable…..and tough at the same time. How cool that she emailed you Mike and that she appreciates what you do. 😊
I just lost my mother. Life is so short. Embrace every moment with those that raised you. Don't waste those moments behaving like this.
Okay Momma has spoken child. You need to step up and step out.
Now y’all wrong for doing Miss Marverly like that. Girl you need to be apologize to your momma.
Mama has 2 houses so Raven decides one is hers? wth
Hello, Hello, Hello right back at you Mike. Hope your having a great Sunday.
Can't wait to see what the ungrateful little prissy does to that house when she leaves.
Good god look at her nail’s, I think nails like that are crazy.
I lost my mom last year. I wish I could get one phone call from her ❤
I feel terrible for the children being caught in the middle of this.
Same here
Edward scissor hands meets Freddy Kruger .
Weird you already did this one but it says it was just posted 3 minutes ago
it is reposted because it was taken down.
Thanks for asking! I was reading comments to see if I was tripping!! 😂
My thing is...before you disrespect your mom....you can leave her house...that's an option
If you raise entitled children, you should have to house them
Raven sounds like a spoiled brat!! Girl i wish my mother had called me 10+ times a day to chat with me like a friend! My mom would go 6+ months without calling me. She only helped with my children once every 2 years. But despite all of that,I NEVER treated my mother like that!! GROW UP!!!
So, Raven is a felon and has 2 guns. Why was she not immediately arrested?
Mom protected her. Because she could have gotten her locked up.
