  • Update: Thank You to m. mueller for helping identify. It was the 5th of December 1965
Probably the only USA tour from the Stones which doesn't have a single recording audio wise, out there. It was a long tour spanning over from the end of October, to the start of December. The boys ending up in Hollywood by the end to record their next single, "19th Nervous Breakdown".
Since is an early tour from the stones, there seems to be little to none T.V/Radio Broadcasts/Sources, or even concrete photo's for each concert. Not even an Ed Sullivan performance, I think they played on HULLABALOO, but that's about it. Because of the lack of photo's, I can't tell what date is the performance. But my guess is that it is late it's either, December 1st or 2nd. Based on the available photo's alone.
December's Children would come out in the States, further boosting their already surging popularity. Including the Number 1 single, "Get Off Of My Cloud", which they played for the first time during this tour.
00:00 - The Spider and The Fly
    00:11 - Around and Around
00:39 - That's How Strong My Love Is
    00:57 - The Last Time
    01:06 - (I Can't Get No) Satisfaction
Audio is taken from their 1966 European Tour, the Paris shows, which was broadcasted on Radio. Best sources used when available.

The Rolling Stones appeared in Rochester, New York, that month, November 1965; I don't know the exact date. So maybe you can narrow it down to that part of the country.

I saw them in Nov 65 at Washington DC Coliseum. Brian was wearing the black pants and turtleneck, Mick was wearing a lavender button down shirt and light gray pants. I'm trying to figure this out too.

I went to the show at the LA Sports Arena. I won tickets by being one of the first to call in to a radio station. The stage was in the round and we sat behind it. Great views, though. I'll have to scrutinize the little bit of footage to see if the flashes light me up. Thanks for the visual reminder.

I saw the same show November 13, 1965, at the Washington Coliseum. Same stage attire, guitars, haircuts, etc.. We had 4th row, center tickets @ $3.75. I was somewhat dismayed by the screaming, and could see that the Stones would have sounded better without all that. Keep in mind, no monitors for the band, either. But the screaming was part and parcel of the Stones concert experience. This clip brings back fond memories. Thanks for the posting!

And they are still active today in 2022.
..mic still does a pretty good of running around snd singing
..not that much different to 1965...see for yourselves and you will agree....age has nothing on mic.....and they still fill stadiums.....absolutely amazing.....people should learn from mic on how to stay young and active.
I think that it all begins with your attitude...it all begins in your mind.
If you act and dress young
..stay in good physical shape and do things that make you happy, then you are doing what mic is doing.
Too many people act old...as early as their 20s and 30s....they do stupid things like take drugs, smoke, drink alcohol on excess and eat too much junk....and their attitudes are negative and full of anger
    ..but not mic....learn from him
...follow his lead.....he is jumping jack flash....people flock to his concerts yo see him...it makes people happy to see and hear him.. he is highly disciplined..and he gets results.
Those of you that want to loose weight and get in shape
.here is an order from mic...
Watch his video callef "let's work" everyday.....get motivated and then get out there and get active
.get blood flowing..get the heart pumping....sweat your troubles away...now get busy...you know what yo do!!!!!

58 years ago today...Dec. 5, 1965...very early Sunday morning on a deserted Wilshire Blvd. about a block from the Beverly Wilshire Hotel. I took a walk with Mick Jagger and a lady friend of his. I noticed 2 people strolling along looking in shop windows as I drove by. It was well before any shops opened (if they opened at all on Sunday) and they were the only people on the street. I drove by a couple of times before stopping and walking across the road to them. I remember walking up to him and saying, "You look a lot like Mick Jagger." I walked with them for maybe half a block then went back to my car and drove away. A few minutes later, I realized I should try to get his autograph for my little sister's birthday which was Dec. 12. I drove back toward the area just as the 2 of them came out of a side door of the hotel and jumped into a limousine. I took off after the limo but lost it when it turned left at a stoplight. I think of that morning every time Dec. 5 rolls around.

I lived in L.A., age 17.....a junior college friend musician was at this Stones show. He got into the green room, and just as security came along to whisk the Stones away, one of them handed my friend a box of music paraphanelia with a tambourine, pair of socks, and their guiro. We split the stuff between us, I got the tamborine...and still have the metal spangles from it. Yep.
