The Rubicon X has 4:1 Rock-Trac HD Full Time 4WD using the MP 3022. The MP3022 transfer case is electronic and uses clutches to manage torque front to rear. Anything from 0 -50% (full lock) in 4Auto. Supports 2WD (w/ FAD), unlike the 392 which only has 4Auto, 4H/4L Part Time (no FAD).
Last night, they loaded 2 new apps under the offroad screen in my Rubie X. A trail page that shows local trails and a trail maker...I guess if you load a trail, do the trail, you get a badge. Super cool!
I thought about the X but wound up ordering a regular Rubicon. I wanted the leather, but I didn't want the color matched top and fenders. So I'll just add leather on after I think.
I have a 2023 2 door wrangler and just bought a 2024 rubicon 4xe. I honestly think the 2.0 in the 2 door is faster and definitely gets better mpg on the highway. The 4xe rides way better tho.
4H auto is 2 wheel drive until the wrangler senses slip than it’s 4 wheel drive. You can dive in 4H auto all the time. 4H part time locks your center diff and should only be used when off road or in limited traction situations, not all the time as this can damage the wrangler.
Part time means you are in true 4 wheel drive… auto 4wd means it will be in 2wd till you slip a tire then it will go into 4wd… personally not a fan of auto 4wd… auto 4wd should not be confused with AWD
@@HammerdownMotorsportsUSA jeep has always referred to 4 high as part time 4wd kind of confusing at first but when you think about it it makes sense because you would only use 5 high part of the time
70K for two-door - WOW. Did you get floating rear axle at least? What can you tow now with two-door? I chose my 2023 jeep over Bronco for exactly same reasons.
@@HammerdownMotorsportsUSA I'm not a big fan of 2024 upgrades, but it's better then nothing. Before they used to bump the price every year without really adding anything to your plate. My 2023 jeep - the first year when they ditched 5 inch screen and added free AC to al trims. Do you have eTorque or ESS? Main reason I got 2L Turbo - I didn't want to have this eTorque in my car.
@@HammerdownMotorsportsUSA That's very interesting - y got lucky. Looks like RubiconX is the only trim you can get with ESS-V6. All the other trims have 24VVT-V6 - this eTorque junk. Did you get the floating rear axle?

I bought a 2024 Rubicon Xtreme package four-door that came with the 35 inch tires… what a machine!!!
Got the same one in black three weeks ago. Very pleased with our expensive new toy.

I bought the 22 Cherokee X, it's half latitude plus and half traihawk with the v6. I bought it for winter snow. ❤

Awesome video and beautiful Jeep Ruby X :)
And the collection grows
Supply and Demand at its best
Wouldn't it be terrific to order your two door then go to the factory to see it being made.
I'll just have to keep Hammerin' down with my '19 Rubicon 2 door.
( Bone Stock w/ Spare Tire Delete )
2 door for the win
Classic Jeep ❤❤❤❤
Almost done paying off my tundra as soon as i can ill get the Rubicon X but it has to be manual 2 door soft top hope i can SOOOOONNNN!!!!!
Very nice, congrats!
The Rubicon with the 4.88 gears option might feel quick enough compared to the 2.0.

Sorry for your luck
Your analysis of the Ford truck and the Bronco is spot on.
I'll gladly take the multi port V6 over the direct injected 4 banger with a turbo that should be run on premium fuel
They gave me complete hell on my Rubicon X two door. I dropped the car from 64,000 to 52,400. Turbo engine
68K?...wow, i didn't know these cost that much...that's like the luxury car price range...for me at least!...
Awesome
when you place an order is it pure msrp? or is it gimmicks and games????
The 4 cyl Turbo is known to have more power and pep than this V6 pentestar. Yet, you said 4 or 5 times it did not have much power.

Nice video. Why is the subwoofer on the floor instead of the sidewall? Is it because it’s a two door?
Yup 2 door has no room on the side
Just picked a Ruby X 2door, 4.88 manual...Freakin badass..
Dang I would have gone manual but wife needs to drive it too
4.88 factory gears on 33” tires ??
@@striperking6083Came that way. Was a special order that someone backed out of. Will go to 35's soon.
