Mon coeur prend le rythme. Epoustouflante version. Enfin une pianiste qui comprend comment l'interpréter, avec sensibilité, à fleur de peau.

I didn’t think I would still be surprised and interested by another recording of the Goldberg variations. But this has made my day (and probably month if not year) thanks to Idagio!

Rana plays Bach- how I have been waiting for this! That she chose this work for her second release is extremely telling. Here is a true artist, sober, mature, full of integrity, humble enough to let the music come forth and the difficulty disappear behind it. Please, please stay the same. We audiences want nothing less. We don't want the glamour and the skin and the dazzling virtuosity and the mannerisms and the faces that tell us what to feel. We want music. Please do not believe anyone who tells you otherwise.

When itzhak perlman contorts and grimaces to the music that doesn’t bother me , virtuosity/mannerisms and sublime musicality and aristry aren’t mutually exclusive in my mind. I believe Liszt and Paganini had both among others

Grazie...

I discovered Beatrice Rana by accident many years ago (2013) via a live broadcast of the Goldberg Variations from a music festival in Quebec. I have listened to innumerable versions over the decades, starting with Wanda Landowska, and her interpretation immediately grabbed me for its richness, its articulation, its dynamics. Beatrice CD became the top classical CD seller in the UK in the year of its release - bravo!

Probably in UK but not in the other countries! What are talking about her deep understanding of Bach? She played as I played when I was in age of 14! Very slow in he 1th variation ,almost falling to sleep! Sorry, but as a musician I don't like someone like you who were grabbing by his good looking to give opinion of her interpretation of Bach! What are you going to telling when her youth and charm faded? Then she would be not good for you either I think

I specially enjoy the deep reflexive mood within the Aria as so beautifully played by Ms. Rana. In fact, immediately after listening to this piece on YT, I hastened to purchase the whole CD on ITunes and since that time (over a year ago), not a single evening without listening to a few variations before retiring for the night. Grazie y bravissima Beatrice!

    Goldberg variations.
As the Goldberg are variations on a piece of music.
    So can life.
    Full of Variations.
    Full of recalibration.
Variables are a fixed value in life.
    Life has no fixed values.
Variations is purely it stimulates the imagination.
    Recalibration of feelings is pure.
New life is not just a child.
New life is a different life.
Just like a child, every person is different.
    Different life is new.
Where a woman suddenly takes care of you selflessly.
Where a woman is the most beautiful woman in the world in pure purity.
    Where love goes beyond love.
Where caring about each other is central.
Sometimes giving is easier than giving.
This is often such a learning moment.
Sometimes receiving is a divine form.
    Often that is not recognized

Today we will learn about the relationship between DNA and digital.
Before that, I want to show the difference between analog and digital.
“Digital is “continuous data cut out in stages.”
The mechanism of a digital clock is an easy-to-understand example of digital.
Analog is "a visual representation of continuous data,"
and the second hand on an analog clock is an easy-to-understand example.
An easy way to understand the difference between digital and analog is
to compare digital and analog clocks. ”
The important thing is that DNA is digital,
    and DNA existed before digital.
In other words, the fact that DNA(the blueprint of living things) is digital
means that living things function as digital in some ways (probably almost).
    We will read the text.
    ***************************************
Considering the biological meaning of DNA base sequences,
there are cases in which a single base substitution can be fatal.
For example, in the case of genes for important enzymes such as DNA polymerase,
base substitutions that change the amino acid sequence can be fatal.
Furthermore, even if the substitution itself is not lethal,
if it changes the phenotype, it is subject to natural selection and
may affect the survival rate of offspring.
In this way, the base sequence of DNA has the characteristics of
a digital signal in that it is responsible for the life and death of an individual.
Here, I will make the DNA base sequence correspond to the binary number,
    with A as 00, T as 01, G as 10, and C as 11.
     G A T C C T C T T
    →10 00 01 11 11 01 11 01 01
In this way, there is a deep relationship between digital signals and DNA.
The point to be made here is that DNA has been around for much longer,
and digital signals are imitations of DNA.
There are only four types of bases in DNA: A, T, G, and C, and there are no intermediate bases.
Also, since A is equal to A, T is equal to T, G is equal to G, and C is equal to C,
the bases have the properties of digital signals.
The nature of DNA bases as digital signals is due to biological reasons,
    not simply physicochemical reasons.
    ********************************************
    Well, have a nice day ∬ ∂ . ∂ _#

  • @cielbleu0619
    @cielbleu0619 5 місяців тому

We will spend two days learning about DNA.
I think most people know about the existence of DNA,
but I think there are many people who don't know the basic of DNA.
Is DNA (=the blueprint of living things) an analog?
    Or is it digital?
Now we will read the text.
    ***************************************
The sequence of bases in DNA provides genetic information,
but the cytoskeleton that maintains the shape of cells and
the enzymes that catalyze chemical reactions are mostly proteins.
Proteins are made up of polypeptides,
which are many amino acids linked together by peptide bonds.
The amino acids that make up polypeptides are limited to 20 types.
The three-dimensional structure of the protein is determined
by the folding of the polypeptide.
    Comparing DNA and proteins,
we find that proteins are made up of sequences of amino acids,
and DNA is made up of sequences of bases.
Then, the base sequence must correspond to the amino acid sequence.
To do this, it is necessary to decipher genetic information and synthesize proteins.
The protein-encoding DNA is first read by RNA polymerase and
    transcribed into complementary messenger RNA.
In RNA, uracil is used in place of thymine,
and ribose is used in place of deoxyribose.
Messenger RNA is transported to ribosomes,
    the site of protein synthesis,
where the base sequence is translated into amino acids.
Here, three bases correspond to one amino acid.
There are 4X4X4=64 genetic codes for three bases,
but there are 20 types of amino acids that make up proteins,
so there is some overlap in the genetic codes.
This is the process of translation from genetic information to protein.
    ******************************************
Well, please go out if you can and have a nice day, ciao ∂ . ∂ ∬

Somehow. . . to be honest,
I feel that the fundamental component of human consciousness is not nerves,
    but particles.
After all, nerves are also collections of particles.
Therefore, wouldn't it be possible to say that particles precede nerves?
In any case, I think there is value in reconsidering things from various angles.
In fact, I don't know if Penrose's idea cited here is correct.
However, it is true that when you draw new lines in your thinking,
you can find new ways of thinking.
The world situation is currently becoming tense. . .
I believe that there are conflicts and wars that should not have been caused,
    in the first place.
Wouldn't Russia have been able to avoid invading Ukraine
if they had had the idea of “treating others not as means, but as purpose?”
I can't help but think so.
Of course, Russia is not the only one to be blamed.
There were also problems on the NATO side. . .
However, I am against using force to resolve matters.
That method cannot bring stability to the world.
Now we will read the rest of the text.
    *******************************************
Incidentally, in quantum mechanics, there is a phenomenon
in which two paired particles exhibit a strong correlation
(quantum states such as spin cannot be described independently)
    despite being spatially separated.
By applying this phenomenon called "quantum entanglement",
it is possible to instantaneously transfer one quantum bit of information,
a process known as quantum teleportation.
There is another phenomenon that is of concern.
A quantum mechanical state is represented by
a superposition of several different states.
This is interpreted to mean that it cannot be said that it is in either state,
and that when observed, it changes to the state corresponding to the observed value.
This is called the Copenhagen interpretation,
but another interpretation is that the quantum state is determined
by the will of the person observing it, or by the will of something controlling that space.
Does this mean the moment when things are determined
by the will of man or by the will of God?
I don't know what consciousness, will, soul, or heart are.
But in any case, I feel like I'm familiar with the word "thoughts".
I was captivated by such a “feeling” that the power of thinking leaves an object,
transcends time and space, and is transmitted to someone (something)
    without disappearing.
Penrose speculates about the connection with near-death experiences as follows:
“Consciousness born in the brain is a substance smaller than elementary particles born in the cosmic world,
and has the property of being unrestricted by gravity, space, and time,
so it is normally contained in the brain, but when the experiencer's heart stops,
consciousness leaves the brain and diffuses.
If the experiencer is revived, consciousness returns to the brain,
and if the experiencer is not revived, the conscious information may
continue to exist in the universe, or it may be connected to another life form and reborn”.
    ***********************************************
    Well, please enjoy and have a nice day ∂ . ∂ v
