Absolutely the best I've heard and seen in a long time. Pure artistry with no nonsense. Only the music matters. So inspiring.
😊
She's not human. She's a natural, real piano miracle and a great musician.
really a great young pianist.
I share the same sentiment
Orgoglio italiano !

Beatrice Rana and the ensemble blend together with a tonal beauty and interpretation that is transcendent-for the ages! Bravo! 💕
Exceptionnel!
Bach! How lucky we are.
I keep waiting to be disappointed and I never am. A simply wonderful artist, in whatever repertoire she graces with her infinitely talented hands.
Me too, Staffan. This peace of music played so nicely by Beatrice Rana helped me over two quarantanes and almost all the Corona-Winter. :-)
sorry: piece of music
transfixing performance. I have never heard Bach played with such beautiful dynamics and yet retaining the Baroque style.
'Ms. Rana came to the max theatre here in Detroit along with conductor Kent Nagano. She played a contrano of diverse melodies in series showcasing her attestational gifted talent for her segment of the performance. Afterwards the berkley californian bred Mr. Nagano carried the assemblage into a roaring string, wind and more turbulent insrtunental mass of noises into a marvel of formal listening asculation.' What a show it was!!! I happened to be very near her and some string players. Bravo and more bravo!!!
This is a romantic Bach. This is not a criticism. Bach is broad church and there is plenty of room for such a perspective. There are any romantic passages in Bach, and it comes as a surprise to some to realise this. The Adagio was moving. The outer movements were exciting and the rippling passages in the last movement were also full of energy. I haveheard several performances of this work I the last few days and they were all splendid, and musical. Itis invidious to compare them. I have loved them all, the soloists and the omposition of the orchestras suggest the universal appeal of Bach. The multi-national orchestras from St. Petersburg to Tokyo are beautiful and represent a reprimand of all politicians who try to divide us and deprive us of all these gifted musicians.
This is wonderful. In my headphones I experience a new world, even if it is old music. The difference is that in this very moment this music has been made new for me again! Thanks Avrotros and thanks all the muscicians.
A truly splendid way to perform Bach, with imagination, accuracy and crystal clear sound. Always very good, Beatrice Rana!
Beatrice Rana is overwhelming! I am excited!
I’m a little late to the game here, but I wanted to say that this performance by Beatrice Rana and the Amsterdam Sinfonietta is marvelous. The tempos are just right and it’s hard to imagine a better performance. 😎🎹
hi, i like this too. splendid...
i introduce one of problem of harassment technorogy...

Listen to Polina Osetinskaya’s performance..
A melting point for something that is at the same time rustic, transparent and utterly sublime? That´s how I think about this music, a gorgeous performance with an ensemble on their toes and a piano solist Beatrice Rana, she is exquisite!
É a primeira a me fazer ouvir esse compositor ❤🌹🌹🌹
This is a magnificent performance of the sublimely harmonious Bach keyboard masterpiece. All the players are in perfect unison, no dissonance whatsoever in such a dynamic masterwork. They are all so acutely attuned to each other, the connection seems almost telepathic.
Such a joy to hear the lovely rhythm and perfect flow of delectable musical passages, especially in the limpid third movement - my particular favourite. Altogether this is an excellent performance. I adore Bach’s music and this concert is a true pleasure for all the senses. Bravissimo a tutti!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
And no direction! Truly a musical feat of terrifying consequence to musical directors everywhere.
How can it be an experience for all the senses if you're only watching the video?
@@briannaquepasa5174 And how sure is it that you can experience this with all your senses even if you sit in the public at the right moment? The Real Thing. A philosophical question perhaps.
@@staffanolofsson8201 I'll tell you how you can experience it with all senses - play it! Great (studio) art can only be viewed , but music can be performed, and great music like this goes straight into one's head and never leaves.
@@briannaquepasa5174:
It's a pretty ridiculous statement for sure. Even if you're there in person, I doubt this is particularly engaging for your sense of smell, other than perhaps the odor from the sweaty armpits of the person sitting next to you.
It is one year since I listened to this and I admit, I had forgotten how wonderful this is. Now I again fall in love with this interpretation. Thanks UA-cam for reminding me. Beatrice Rana and Amsterdam Sinfonietta together make this to be unforgettable. And as I had almost forgotten it, I will never forget it again. Promise!
Another year has passed, and this music is still unforgettable.
This performance is the revolution and evolution.
W Bach e Beatrice! Sei bravissima!
Bravissima la nostra Beatrice Rana molto emozionante!!
Touching, sensible performance of Bach piano concerto, played with great
harmony and kindness from all.
I like it the best, though the recording suffers from too much echo, reverb.
Yes... that is a great performance.
Merci
Fabulous playing from both soloist and band. I hope they work together many times. Beatrice Rana is a profoundly gifted musician.
jules0659 agreed. But the piano doesn’t fit this concerto. A harpsichord is fundamental
@@MARTIN201199 I understand that view but I don't share it. It's a big topic though; plenty of strong opinion on both sides.
jules0659 I understand what you say, and I know about the debate on ancient music. But what I said Is just a personal view.
It is an orchestra. Not a band
@@willfun7094 Band is commonly-used casual term for orchestra amongst classical musicians.
Oh, this was so wonderful. I will be back for more. Beatrice Rana is excellent in her interpretation of Bach. He would be very happy, I'm sure. Overall, this was EXCELLENT.
Bach is Jazzzzz ❤❤❤
Brava.
Great...Beatrice did a wonderful job...
Great to see how Bach's music inspires the Amsterdam Sinfonietta to embrace Beatrice Rana. Rana's fingers knock at the door of a friend of Bach music - only touchy!
Awesome performance, both by the soloist ( really breathtaking piano play ) and the small orchestra ( cudos! ). Totally love it, and would really love to buy a CD or download of it.
Briliant interpretation, miracle music, one spirit of the Orchestra and Beatrice Rana.!!!
Meravigliosa, interpretazione superba!
Wonderful performance- so spirited and stylish!
Zauberhaft! Mir geht das Herz auf.
God bless all the musicians, that is all I want, or have, to say. Without beeing the convicted sort of person, I send you a blessing for your playing. I´ve never heard such a fine collaboration between a solist and an orchestra, especially in the second movement, there it is breathtaking. Beatrice, you are the one that took my breath away! And made this moment a special moment, I will not forget it!
Beautiful, execellent, lovely.Brovo Beatrice Rana.
WOW! This was one dynamic performance. The ratio of loud to soft was the finest I have ever heard.
Grande performance, Brava !
favolosa e bella. :-) Un grande complimento dalla Germania !
I like this speed - it represents the temperament of the piece and the power in it!
Stunningly exquisite
Wonderful! Amazing! Thanks!
Beatrice che diventa Bach.

The greatest performance I have ever heard of this concerto barring none, even Gould
How can it be played so beautifully? I will not be able to sleep tonight. Thank you so much Raina!
You gave us a great gift. I will search your discography to discover more treasures.
And she didn't have to warm up her arms. Knows it from. memory to boot. Where do they store all those notes?
Thank you. Exquisite, both keyboard and orchestra.
Precioso Beatrice. Grandísimo Bach, una maravilla.
Are you a pianist? And do you know Beatrice?
What a excellent interpretation of this well known concert of Bach - a reall pleasure to hear a see a more than concentrated piano angel
Absolutely amazing, magnificent!! The pace is just perfect!
Extraordinarily amazing
I would love to experience a week in the times where everyone was full into this music, everybody waiting for the next composition of popular composers and all of a sudden, Bach! It must have been mind blowing
@Andy Tysonhe or she is clearly not your friend dude, That's invasion of privacy and it's penalized

Einfach erstklassig!

Fantastic communication between orchestra and B.Rana!
We want more !
Beatrice Rana is light
I love the percussive quality of her playing! The ornaments hit so hard... bravissima!! ❤️
