    Anybody that comes across Dr. Yonit consider yourself lucky. The very first day I saw her videos I got out the bed very dizzy and I started to clean. Yes holding on to the walls. I could not go to the store, drive, or do anything. Now, that I have gone back to school, I am driving again, taking my kids to activities, and having a better quality of life. I am not 💯 percent cured, however, I am the best I have ever been after everything started. This doctor has changed my life. Thank you 🙏 doctor. I hope you read this. You are making a difference keep going. I know that many people need this. P.s going to the stores and looking up and down helped me tremendously, at first you think you are going to pass out but after some time you will be able to go to the store by yourself.

    These videos are sooo helpful! Not even my neurologist or ENT Dr bothered to explain any of this or give me any hope of healing! Just said it's either "due to anxiety" or "we may never know whats causing it, just learn to live with it" even though irs debilitating! I have been working with a therapist on anxiety for awhile, just added vestibular physical therapy although I can't do it, so you are basically the only person that can help me heal? Just by explaining this all so well! 💖

      I love every aspect of this content + get it. I practice noticing that there’s ALWAYS a story with the thought, feeling/emotion, behaviour so i roll it back + remind myself to feel + allow only the “whatever” with NO STORY. The stuck energy moves faster so it’s with this evidence that we learn that if we allow it all + not attach or grab the story we can have some space which leads to trust. If i could add a 5th factor after the 4th of how would l prefer to respond …..it is “what would it feel like” if i didn’t have whatever it is. Sitting with this for even a moment takes the possibilities to a new level. Ty as always Dr Yonit.

This video in particular was so great that it goes hand in hand with the self recovery course at your website. Just mentioning here that my off balance challenge caused by stress is like an attack and the way I can describe it is when you walk up some stairs normally and you're thinking about something and you miss a step and nearly fall, it's the same thing and in any scenario except safe place like home, so even stepping onto a bus or sitting down in a car or riding the stair lifts, talking to someone, walking in busy areas. Hope you understand and hope this somehow relates and helps.

    Amazing. Dr. Yo, you always manage to send out a video that represents a timely topic in my healing efforts. My anxiety is my worse enemy. Do you have a video on what to do in the moment of a stressful situation when you are alone with the person/event that is causing the stress? When your emotions are uncontrollable and can’t even think clearly? Try to breathe, get to a safe place, I know all of that now, but in the moment, things can get out of control. • @TheSteadyCoach
      @TheSteadyCoach  2 місяці тому +2

      Hi! So happy to hear the things we talk about here have been helpful! Nystagmus is simply a sign that your central nervous system is making some kind of error in processing sensory information as expected, so yes, it can be part of a neural circuit or neuroplastic problem. It is harmless as long as there is no tissue damage or disease root cause. Some people are even born with nystagmus and are completely unbothered by it.

    I have dealt with PPPD for 3 yrs. I followed your channel for a while. I just wanted to pop in to say your videos are very helpful, but I feel like it doesn't exactly say what the actual cause is. I just kinda figured it out on my own. Idk if everyone is the same, but mine is caused by OCPD (obsessive compulsive personality disorder). Now that I've figured it out, I'm already feeling better rather than constantly wondering what is wrong with me. I'm taking the proper tools to get better. It's a great feeling finally knowing, and my symptoms are already decreasing 😊

    • @amberevans89
      @amberevans89 2 місяці тому +2

      @michellebenjamin4632 I suffer from anxiety also. How I came to the conclusion is that I realized I was ruminating a lot and I also have perfectionism, low self esteem, and more symptoms of it.. when I went to the dr about it he said it's ocpd. I am taking medication to help, and I'm also doing meditation, light exercise, and listening to music a lot. I keep myself distracted. When I catch myself ruminating, I tell myself I am ruminating, and it's not helpful, and I let the thought go. Getting rest helps. I also take vitamins like multi, fish oil, ashwagandha & L-theanine, d3. And I feel like what has really helped the most is getting OFF SOCIAL MEDIA!! I'm still on youtube, but I only watch the things I enjoy, and I stopped constantly googling, too! No caffeine has helped, also. Trying not to stress easily over little things too.

After vrt I started to be more functional but still with many symptoms, vrt keeps triggering my symptoms so I still do it sometimes, do you know why it works for me when for many with pppd its useless? I’m getting better but very far to feeling well, sometimes I get discouraged seeing that people who got pppd from withdrawals seem to have it worse in intensity and duration, do you think we can still heal? Sometimes I wonder if the withdrawal haven’t cause a permanent damage..

    Hello I suffered from this 15 years ago before videos like this and I managed to stop the anxiety process loop after an all clear from a brain scan. But It has recently returned after waking up slightly dizzy my generalised anxiety disorder wouldn’t allow me to stop thinking and catastrophizing about the dizzy sensation I’m now a month in and it’s all I think about from the moment I wake up. I’m so annoyed with myself as I have beaten this before but I keep doubting myself and thinking Is this the same as before? Have I got something serious? Also from what I hear from peoples stories is that my symptoms are milder than others( can you get mild cases of pppd?) it feels like visual lag with head movements worse when standing but better when laying it has yet to stop me functioning day to day other than being a tad down but no falling no sight problems bit of brain fog but not sure if more than normal lol.
