I don't think the guy you blurred was being all that rude. If Bosnians WANT to be rude there will be no ambiguity about it. He was just being too honest, in a hurry and gave you good advice. He shouted out that its a thousand mark fine. Being Russian you would not get any preferential treatment from the police as might a EU tourist.

It's ilegal to drink in parks, on benches and places like that.
Just in order to reduce chances of "public disorder".
The reason why he said that it's a problem for you is because if you were a local, police would just tell you to leave. Since you are a foreigner they would likely use the chance to write you a fine.
Whille leaving he said the amount of the fine you would receive.

Mlada Bosna was his cover, he was a member of Black Hand (Serbian secret military society, which also assassinated King Alexander I and Queen Draga). Saray is actually Persian, not Turkish and it means palace. Today you can find places with Saray name in Turkey, Iran, Iraq etc., even Ukraine.
Bosnians are not hostiles towards Russians at all, even though we have every right to be (due to politics). Russian affections towards Republic of srpska is noticeable in you very much. @@baraczeljko3772 Well, personally i would never be unfriendly against any tourist - wherever they come from - if they are civil. With that said I totally hear you but you know well how these things usually work and always apply on nation level and not age / chronology. Yet, despite of his fairly young age I think this fellow has quite firm opinions on certain subjects. It seems to me that he dropped into Bosnia just randomly without doing any research. He has an enormous amount of prejudices against Bosnian Muslims not realizing they are more continental European than any ex eastern block / ex Soviet nation, he just throws these annoying comments usually rounded with "i don't know" ( then don't say anything for gods sake - go to library / google it, or something), he obviously feels "bond" with the Serbs, sounds cheerful whenever he stumbles across a person (we never see that on camera though) that claims to be "supporting Russia" (to me that translates to = support Putins Russia), so...yeah. I like the way he films stuff, though, so watching his videos is like "having a walk in Sarajevo" (I haven't been there for a long time), but I'm thinking putting his videos on mute, just to not hear stupid comments :D

Here comes a long one again, hehe 😀
On another rainy day here (the sun is supposed to shine next week...) and a visit to the Breakfast Club in the cafe, this is a second attempt to leave a few comments here.
Firstly, Sergey was very polite and gentlemanly in helping the lady leave the aircraft with her luggage. A small but very remarkable gesture of courtesy that you don't often find these days. It deserves to be mentioned.
Sarajevo airport reminds me in its design and layout of our own tiny international airport here in the area and about 20 kilometres from my house. If it wasn't so rainy today, I could take a trip there and watch the passengers and planes come and go from the open observation deck (there aren't many a day) and enjoy the view while having a drink or an ice cream, I think either would be appropriate. Or visit the small aviation museum where you can see some old aeroplanes that were made here in my country when there was still an industry for it. Today it's all just Airbus industry ...
I remember decades ago coming back from a trip to New York City and the US East Coast and landing on a domestic flight from the hub in Amsterdam, and there were no buses taking passengers to and from the terminal building, and people just walked across. That's a long-gone memory, but now there are some of these terminal bridges, like everywhere else.
Sergey, Mercedes Benz taxis are not considered VIP cars here. In fact, they are more the standard taxi cars here (at least they used to be, I haven't used a taxi for years ...). It was also funny that the taxi driver asked you if you spoke my native language, I already told you that you resemble a lot of people here ... 95 petrol is cheap at €1.33 per litre in Bosnia compared to €1.80 per litre here (¾ of the price here is tax ...)
SEAT is a traditional Spanish car manufacturer producing FIAT and Lancia cars under licence (just like LADA), which was taken over by Volkswagen in 1986 and just like Skoda offers Volkswagen cars in the Czech Republic/Slovakia in 1991 in a slightly different design than the originals at lower prices and with the same Volkswagen technology. I like most of them better than the originals. SEAT cars are now manufactured in factories in Spain, the Czech Republic and Portugal. The Audi A1 and Volkswagen Polo models are also produced there. According to Volkswagen, however, the new and future SEAT models will be sold under the brand name Cupra.
The Ottoman sultans always had very tall and strong young men as bodyguards, called Janissaries, who were recruited from the local population in the Balkans, Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, Albania and Ukraine. In the days of the Ottoman Empire, it was common practice to kidnap young male children and feed them into the Ottoman army, which was always hungry for soldiers. If these men were not Muslims, they were turned into Muslims by force.
Well, Sergey, we can see a similarity in your home country today when it comes to Ukrainian children in general. However, I can't imagine Putin recruiting tall foreign men to serve for him in his personal guard, because in that case he would have to wear even higher platform shoes himself so as not to look too short compared to them, and also risk falling over when walking around at public events (well, he's not afraid to take risks to embarrass himself and his country in every possible way, but still ....).
As you can see in the video, you had the opportunity to see the historic and restored Sarajevo City Hall, a marvel of Austro-Hungarian architecture from the late 19th century, at least from the outside, when you attended the open-air performance of the music orchestra on the square in front of this marvellous building, which was wantonly destroyed by the Serbs in the Balkan war of the 1990s. The little girl who was having so much fun was so cute!
Red clay roofs on buildings are common in most southern European countries with Roman history and near the Mediterranean (including Portugal). I like them a lot myself as we have mainly black roof tiles here. In the southern part of my country, the Mediterranean culture (with red roof tiles) is more present than in the north, where I live. Also, you can drink water from the tap everywhere (if it's not labelled as industrial water) and it's very clean. But many people drink "mineral water" with or without flavour, which they buy in bottles or cans. I have already given you recommendations on accommodation prices.
All in all a very nice trip and Sarajevo is a very lovely city.

BABA in Bosnian is a pejorative, meaning old woman, hag. If you called your grandmother that she would slap you. Baka is the acceptable term for grandmother, or very commonly just "Majka", though ofc that just means mother, but if someone is referring to their "majka" in conversation they are most certainly talking about their grandmother. The kids were most likely saying BABO, which is a regional Bosnian term for father.

Police would just walk past you as you look like a normal guy.
