When Z was in his prime, those weren't so much of a thing, and Z made all his records in full competitions and never specifically chased max weight. What this means is that if Z had ever specifically concentrated on making the max possible log lift his record could be a good deal higher. How much, is forever left for speculation.
RPE: The Borg Rating of Perceived Exertion (RPE) is a way of measuring physical activity intensity levels from 1-10. 1 is asleep, 2 is lightweight baby, and 10 is a life or death situation. Perceived exertion is how hard you feel like your body is working.
That's the first Arnold Strongman Classic, and he joined arguably to boost his "world's strongest man" gimmick in wrestling - and given that he won, the title had a good deal of truth in it
Honestly I think Mark’s lift there is the most impressive display of strength I’ve ever seen. People have done Apollon’s wheel with more weight since, but not that much more, and afaik, none ever cleaned it as easily as Henry

The recent Rogue invitational was a goldmine for RPE 0 clips. In addition to the ones here Novikov's dumbbell run and Caron's deadlift victory were just wild.
To be fair I'm pretty sure Tom said he's actually never come first in a stone event unless they're atlas stones and that he's just the king of atlas stones. It was still crazy to see Martins comeback so strong and peak so well as he always does. I swear when you watch most of his training you'd never think he's as strong as he is

He was faster then Tom on WSM 2019 as well. But Tom still is the king of stones imo, because of how consistent he is. Few people know this, but Thor and Brian still have the fastest run for heavy and light stones respectively, Tom is third best in both sets.
