I feel like when you're that size, you've got so much mass it doesn't actually move you that much. Like picture a grown man getting hit in the head with a basketball versus an 8 year old. While it doesn't feel good for the man, the 8 year old gets flattened by it.

I honestly imagine that it's too great a risk. They're just huge men and putting that much weight on an ice skate is a great way to get a broken ankle.

I would consider it a sporting event, it definitely is a performance in the sense of it being about the final product. In other sports you can kinda learn in the middle of it, but bodybuilders have to do all the learning and improvement before the show and lay it all out.
