- Pivotal scene in Berry Gordy's cult classic in which Leroy (Taimak) infiltrates the SumDumGoy fortune cookie factory incognito, instructed by his teacher to seek its wise master to reach the last level of martial arts mastery. After the owners stall and play games with him he finally snaps, forcing the big reveal. Leroy must work out that the master is within himself... (v profound!). The 80s film, also starring Vanity & William H Macy, is reportedly to be remade with Samuel L Jackson playing the villainous Sho'nuff.

To keep it short the movie is saying that you are your own master, but for those that believe in Christ that is idolatry. God is our master not ourselves, we can do nothing without him. but, the movie is saying that if you have confidence, that if you believe then you can rely solely on yourself and not anyone else (christ) that's why they reference it as the glow. but Christ is our LIGHT. there's a lot more to it but this is enough to get you to understand.
