same thing, I need to go 10kmph lower in all corners to stay on track... it's pretty much with all tracks vs really good times, so in the end I am always like 2-3 seconds slower even thou I am driving on the limit.
How this is possible ? I barely manage to get 1:51 and a.i. on 89 difficulty leaves me in the dust. I thought it's impossible to beat it . After watching this know i known, it is possible. .
Try single player and set fast track. I also thought I couldn't go under 1.49, but now I have reached 1.46.4. I think I can still improve, in any case 1.42.2 remains a dream for me.
Great guide I'm subscribed!, using it for Forza 7. Assetto Corsa does look awesome. A map during video wouldn't hurt eithet but great guides either way.
Very Nice lap!! I usually brake later than u, use more track, make very similar lines and very similar approach to turn (double apex, late apex,....).... and I end up 2s slower, really don't know how. It makes me crazy 😳 anyway very good job with this kind of video 👍 Thx
It took me a few attempts to even get around without crashing. I found my old wheel in the attic so decided to try the game. Not a good idea. It's only got 90 degrees of lock to each side, and the middle is so sensitive, the graphical wheel on the screen is flashing all over the place. The brake feels exactly like the throttle so there's no real reference and no telling when you're locking up. I managed to tame the wheel a little bit using the linearity dealie, but it doesn't have enough lock for tight corners, so I have to bounce the back of the car off the kerb to get it around. It took me an hour to get under 2 minutes. I'd warn anyone with a crappy old wheel against buying this unless they're willing to upgrade the wheel or use a controller
At 1:44, how do you handle going in in third gear? I always loose so much time with that left right comb. Can't do it without being in second gear. Any tips? (1:48.993)
@@MrMiint Its possible with the agressive Setup, but I am running my own Setup. Tweaked a couple things here and there to make the car more stable especially in races.
Does the oversteer happen when you get off the brakes/get on power? That happens because the weight of the car is shifting back and you get less grip on front wheels. To counter this you should be trail braking, that's the most important part. If you are already doing that, then try one of these: Increase rake angle, soften front suspension or tighten the back suspension. You could also mess around with the spring dampening, but unless you know what you are doing I don't recommend it In general this should work
@@Tobus75 loads of videos can explain it better than I can. Basically, you need to be familiar with the concept of weight distribution Basically as you brake for the corner, the weight of the car is shifter forwards. If you then take your foot out of the brake as you begin to turn the car, the weight shifts back again, removing grip from the front tires and causing oversteer. When you trailbrake, you keep ~10% of the brake pressure as you turn the car, that way the weight of the car is on the front wheels and you can turn better.
@@unleasheddrivers1281 my point exactly, those people are using well known hacks, "engine boost and extra grip" i'm only saying that it looks fishy that you break the lap record for 2 secs without sweating, but if you say you are not cheating then good for you, ask mercedes or ferrari to hire you, you could make millions driving racing cars
would be great if the all video show the dashboard like 0:54
At last I found someone who just shows and explains without a lot of prattle. Thanks
I started simracing 2 weeks ago and i got to leave a big "thank u very much" here for u. Ur track guides r Great.
hows it going mate?
I'm currently running a 1:48 so a 1:42 sounds amazing! Thanks as always, now I've got some laps to run, lol
lol I had to recheck my fastest lap, I´m at (low) 48 as well. More practicing needed.
@@italiwoods some of these guys are so fast. I have starting getting little bits better in each track so, some day, lol
my first time ever playing a racing game got a 1.54 8/10 of my laps were invalid
Update: I now run a 1:44.8
@@Gkogko839 the dreaded, cut dedected smh. I've heard it my fair share of times too.
Great job, Brandon!! Thanks for showing throttle inputs. Pedal inputs and gear selection is very helpful. I'll take as much telemetry as I can get!
Hey ! Thank you for helping me a lot on ACC. Just wanted to let you know that this video doesn't appear in the lap guide playlist !
When try to I match your steering and throttle input I just understeer off into invalid laptime territory.

Thank you. For some reason this is the hardest track to me. It just evades me I can't get it.
Fantastic Lapguides you are making m8. You explain so much its a pleasure to watch them, thx.
cant break into the 1:45s but getting close, in the AMG2020. great guide
Great stuff. Thank you! Looking forward to the next one!
i really don´t know if your videos are just helpful or depressing, too - because of realizing your laptimes. :D
Thanks for your lap guides! 😉
Great lap, great track guide, thank you.
Great tutorial. Many thanks! ✌️🏁
Brilliant lap.. well done, iam getting low 1:45 at the moment in the Ferrari.
Thanks implementing pedals input !
Effect Phoenix where? it was only one corner
Subbed, good stuff mate.

strange. I do exactly as you do, aggressive setup, same car, and all i can manage is a 1:51?

@Danny Hsieh You're not doing the same thing at all if you're stuck at 1:50
I can't take T7 in 3rd.
Just did the same identical lap but it said 1:48. Your replay must be running at 105% speed 😂
Don't use the kerb - it'll upset the car.
your guides are great but do you do setups
Well Done! Awesome job!

Stick right side very wide than turn sooner in the turn.
1.20 what hump?
watching the Video... Yes ok Yes I do the same yeah sounds got... WHAAAAT 1:42:2 ^^ my best lap is a 1:44 flat with the merc.

Yes aggressive setup
I get MASSIVE understeer mid corner 2:19, what should i do? What can i change on the setup?
