I cannot look at chocolate almonds without thinking about Kelly Ripa’s “treating” herself to a SINGLE chocolate almond 😂😂😂
Some say Kelly is just a hologram after she turned to dust and blew away in the wind 👀
WHAT
😂😂
What!?! One!?!
@@teresamckeown5594 omg yes you have to go back and watch Abbey’s video on her what I eat in a day 😂
Not sure if you ever done this but a review of the common meal kit services actual nutrition (like hello fresh, blue apron, or every plate) would be so cool! I know they give nutrition cards but it would be great to learn about in an actual context!
This would be cool!
Ooh, yes! I love this idea!
Great idea! Thanks for the suggestion
Oh excellent idea, especially since a lot of their veggie options are very low on protein. I need someone to look sternly at them
omg yes please! we've been getting Hello Fresh since last october and we are happy with it but I'm curious about what Abbey thinks of the meals
I've always liked Ashley. She seems chill and down to earth.
Yeah, she cool AF!
Yeah
Ashley Graham should describe all foods. Don’t even like apples, now I’m craving them. Loved this video!
So glad you enjoyed it!
Ikr! I'm getting some apple and peanut butter next time I'm at the supermarket
This was so refreshing. she didn't seem to demonize certain foods or eat 7000 pounds of lettuce a day
I liked it too!
She demonized all gluten lmaooo
@@jenniferc6165 I didn't feel like she did. What I got from it was that she has some sort of gluten intolerance and that's why she feels better. But I do understand what you mean
@@AllysonRR many people determine that gluten or dairy is “causing” problems it really isn’t. This can be disordered eating in disguise. Just saying!
@@jenniferc6165 lactose intolerance and gluten allergy is quite common
This is probably the most down to earth “What I eat in a day” on this channel.
I loved it too!
I ABSOLUTELY ADORE ASHLEY GRAHAM!!! She is hilarious and I love the positive messages she sends!!
Totally!
Yes and I feel like we watch so many of the same videos because I always see your comments! Do you have any channel recs that you love??
Of course no one should be ridiculed for their body shape but tbh Ashley isn't promoting a healthy body at all. The fact is, she's overweight with high BMI which translates to diabetes & heart disease.
@@annalohr5951 do you watch rebecca jane? I ABSOLUTELY ADORE HER (she has helped me in my ED recovery!!)
@@SamElle I don't, thank you for the rec!
This is SO refreshing. Most of these "What I eat in a day" are so restrictive and sometime scream ED, but here is someone enjoying food and enjoying variety and trying to be healthy without being miserable. Really fun to listen to 🎉
The way Abbey said "single. chocolate. almond." just made me laugh. She sounded so distressed! I'm with you. How could that be satisfying?
😂😂
It takes a lot of self control to just eat 1 single chocolate almond 😏
Kelly Ripa shadeeeeee😂
@@markdarcy5256 Self hatred more like
This is the first time I actually wanted to have the food someone is having in their day
😊
💯
Ashley definitely seems to enjoy food in the way she discussed everything- not like there was fear or shame behind it. I love that
I love how non-judgemental this is!! So refreshing to see someone with actual knowledge give advice based on what we’re fed through the media! I love this!! 🤍
I'm so glad it was helpful!
I’m 25 and a big fan of the “early bird special.” And not for any sort of ‘weight loss purposes.. I just LOVE dinner and so I’m excited to have it earlier in the evening! 👵🏻
Also 24 and a huuugeeee fan of the early bird special 😂
I’m 23 and also agree! 😅
I'm, um, way older than mid 20s, but have been eating the early bird special since I was that age. I cannot go to sleep if I eat too close to bedtime anymore. Old age problems. :)
I like it too!
Haha same, very happy to have moved to the Netherlands where it's very normal to eat dinner between 5:30 and 7 xD
As an Italian the cannoli+watermelon combination does sound pretty weird to me...never tried it though, so who knows :D also, Calabria is not a town but a region and cannoli are actually from Sicily
Thanks for the info!
It does sound pretty weird, but I’d actually try it. 😂
ahaha grande la precisazione geografica ci sta :)
@@annaaresi9347 heheh diamo a Cesare quel che è di Cesare :D
Hp pensato esattamente la stessa cosa :D
Its an absolute joy hearing someone speak about food with such enthusiasm! Food is one of my pleasures in life and its great to hear Ashley talk about it with joy instead of as just "fuel" or something to struggle through to get a "healthy" body.
Totally!
I agree!
I’m so glad you busted the caffeine myth for breastfeeding moms. I breastfeed and I told my gynae straight up I cannot cut coffee. I just can’t. So I I do 3-4 cups a day and baby is fine.
Totally!
People did come for in the comments and I felt the need to intervene - seriously people, if you’ve never breastfed or done any research, take a step back before concern trolling.
Honestly it’s probably all the people who don’t even had kids that are complaining which is ridiculous lol
My daughter noticed if i even had a cola, she was very affected by caffeine! I even had to cut back alot on chocolate. A happy baby is worth it! It's only temporary, they don't breastfeed forever.
My daughter was affected by the caffeine I was consuming so in utero so I stopped totally. No use taking a chance with your baby.
Is it just or me does Abbey kinda look like Caroline from vampire diaries? 🥰 both are stunning
Aw thanks!
Yes!!!
Yessssss
ikr? abbey is just gorgeous! :D
Kelly Ripa's single chocolate almond lives rent free in my head.
My nutritionist suggested that I follow this channel and I can see why. I love the way that she speaks to her viewers in a way that we can relate to, she doesn't shake her professional finger at anyone but she does take the time to dispel myths. I love it here!
Just a testimony here, my mom is not celiac but she did have joint issues. Cutting gluten did it. She regained so much mobility it was insane. She still eats some bread and stuff, but has cut it down significantly and seen major changes.
I'm glad that's been helpful for her!
I love this channel. I have binge eating disorder and this channel really helps me to get ideas for healthier choices and an overall healthier attitude towards food and eating because you are so wonderfully non-judgemental. I learn so much from you! Thank you!
Good for you that you are working on getting healthier 😁! Just know that you are worthy ❤!
I love the way she talks about food with genuine excitement and enjoyment! I am learning to understand (intuitively) what foods make me feel this way and it’s wonderful to see someone who is so in tune with herself
Thank you for your videos Abbey- I use a lot of your language when I think about food and it helps me to be so much more positive! ❤️
Agreed!
Wow, thank you for being a good and kind dietician. I’ve never seen one on UA-cam that isn’t fat-shaming or lacks understanding of what it means to live a regular fucking life
I’d love if you reviewed NikkiVegan. She eats a “normal” vegan diet and makes really delicious looking food.
On the list!
Love her, and also Hannah Hagler and Nisha Balsara aka Lose Your Veganity.
Oh do Helena rose love her
@@AbbeysKitchen is foodie beauty on the list too? Would love to see her covered. You could really help her!
She’s lovely. I’d like to see this as well.
My midwife specifically told me I could drink 4 cups of coffee as a nursing mom. Haters can suck it. Anyone who has gone through pregnancy knows how it feels to be treated like your body isn't yours anymore. Anyone who doesn't get that, isn't entitled to an opinion, no matter how entitled they feel.
Ew shut up. You chose to have unprotected sex, no one put a gun to your head. Everyone is allowed to have an opinion, it’s up to you to ignore it. Sorry that you’re miserable.
Oh Yayyyy! I was hoping you'd review this one. I love her attitude. It's refreshing to see someone (a woman, specifically) who clearly enjoys food and has a pretty healthy balance. I doubt she has a celery drawer or eats boiled lettuce, lol. When I watched her "What I eat in a day" the first time, it made me smile. Love the relatability.
Totally!

Who eats boiled lettuce
This is your reminder to comment on channels you love to help with the metrics :D
Abby works so hard to give us multiple sources of peer reviewed studies so she is giving us the best info. It's so nice to have someone I can look to and trust when it comes to my health. So much love to Abbey we appreciate you
Thank you so much! ❤️
I have been on set with Ashley and she has a super healthy relationship with food! She even sent me healthy recipes once. I am not surprised by this video at all!! Seems very authentic!
Italy actually has AMAZING gluten free foods. I have Celiac and Italy was pure bliss for me. GF/DF pizza, GF pastry, GF pasta. All so, so good.
I can attest to this! I was blown away by the options. So grateful! (I also have Celiac).
Your BFF Freelee has recently made another What I Eat In A Day if you are interested! It seems a bit more balanced this time around, but still a bit crazy.

As a celiac my only symptoms were fatigue, joint pain, and muscle pain. If you experience any of that, go to the doctor and get a blood test. DO NOT WAIT.
Celiac is quite serious and cutting out gluten isn’t enough (like an intolerance or allergy). You have to be SO careful about cross-contamination, especially with eating out and foods labeled “gluten free” but not actually certified gluten free.
Eating “gluten free” is very different than eating gluten free as a celiac. I have to ask waiters to make sure the chefs change gloves and use a clean surface to handle my food. I can’t eat at buffets. If something has vague words like “caramel color,” “natural flavors,” or even “dextrose,” (which is EVERYTHING), I can’t eat it because the source could be barley and, right now, they don’t have to tell you that.
I’m sitting on 10 years undiagnosed and not knowing my symptoms were related to gluten. Because of this, my doctor thinks I might have refractory sprue (type II has a 50% chance of living past the next 5 years... and I’m in my early 30’s). So when they say “celiac is a serious autoimmune disease,” they really mean it is serious. And, untreated, can really have deadly consequences.
And because my IgA is now low (immune system, and goes hand-in-hand with celiac), my blood test antibodies cannot reflect the damage anymore. So I have to check into the hospital every single time for a biopsy/endoscopy and go under full anesthesia to assess healing.
My recent biopsy showed so much damage (after being gluten free for two years), it’s also possible I’m still getting cross-contamination, despite reading labels like crazy and eating mainly from home. Small amounts of gluten do not give me symptoms so I had NO idea the damage is occurring.
A simple blood test years ago could be literally life saving. And even if not, I developed SIBO as a secondary problem (which super sucks and seems impossible to get rid of) and the glands in my eyes broke from chronic inflammation (can ONLY wear glasses now and have to deal with eye medicine twice a day and a hot compress every day... forever!!!). I would really rather have liked to not have developed those things from untreated celiac.
So that’s my PSA! Not meaning to scare anyone, but after all this (and the lack of safety and labeling food and medicine with gluten), I think everyone should do the blood test. It can prevent SO MUCH, especially if you are experiencing ANY celiac symptoms. Mine were so vague I didn’t even know they were related to gluten, but my gastroenterologist was freaking out over how much damage there was once we finally did the biopsy and now I have all these other issues too! 😱
Ashley Graham eating the watermelon and cannolis is actually a thing in Germany! It’s called Rollkuchen- a fried dough you eat with watermelon! So not quite cannolis but very very similar! And so soooo good!
I’m happy I found this channel! I was a registered dietitian (still have my RD) but I career swapped to registered nurse which I have been doing for a few years. Everything I’ve had to learn as a nurse (it’s A LOT) has made me pretty rusty when it comes to nutrition, so these videos are very interesting to me. You’ve got a new sub :)
I love how she describes food, and how relaxed she seems when talking about it. I knew I liked her when she said peanut m&m’s! Those are my favorite haha
Agreed!
I'm so excited to have found this channel. I didn't grow up learning how to eat properly and I have IBD. I want to learn how to eat competently, but it's overwhelming and kind of embarrassing to be an adult and not know. Your gentleness and kindness in your delivery makes me feel safe while I learn. Thank you!
Watching your videos has put things in perspective for me after feeling like I’m being bombarded with so many different food and wellness philosophies and also struggling with disordered eating. Thank you so much for your content.
Just a heads up that grapefruit(juice) doesn't go well with some medicine/drugs! So be careful if you take some.
YESSS! I love grapefruits so when I decide to eat some I always clear with my docs that none of my meds are going to interact with it!
I love pink grapefruit but can’t due to medication.
I am so glad to have stumbled on your channel! I was spending months watching youtube videos and I should say watching your videos is both fun and informative. I am all in for the information and education so I can incorporate those in my everyday life. We love you Abbey!
Aw thank you! I'm so glad it's helpful
You have helped my mindset so much! I appreciate that. I got so caught up in what is healthy and clean at I would get anxiety if I chose the “wrong” unhealthy foods for a meal. Thank you Abbey!
I love Ashley Graham!!! Can I just say how informative your channel is. I don’t know why but I am fascinated by research, you speaking facts is really amazing. Most of the “influencers” these days just say a bunch of things without actually researching regarding the matter. As a Nurse, I appreciate you speaking facts and giving us legit resources. I will keep watching your videos.
Who else wants Abbey to do a video where she tastes "weird food combos"? 🙋🏻
Great idea!
Here's one for you: rice, romaine lettuce or cabbage, fried salmon (flaked), corn, tomato sauce, and sriracha sauce. So yum!
Bologna and cream cheese! Spread it on, roll it up, and slice it in rounds. My mom used to give it to us as a snack but everyone I've ever told has never tried it so idk, I guess it a a weird combo.
xGLOWx yum! I used to eat that or sub ham for bologna rolled around pickles. Delish!
@@TheTruthHurts6666 who thinks that's weird?? that sounds amazing, I think I'll try it lol
I love how you made evident the enthusiasm that Ashley has for the food she eats. I too love her, so transparent and healthy!
The biggest problem with Intuitive Eating (and I myself am an intuitive eater) is that it is so clearly a western concept. We are so privileged and we have such an abundance of food that we feel victimized if anyone tells us we can’t have all the things on our whims. But the fact of the matter is not even in total deprivation but just in the general world that kind of abundance isn’t normalized the way it is here. We have this sense of deprivation if we don’t have pantries bursting at the seams and fridges stuffed to the rafters. When in reality many of our western counterparts and other friends who live with slightly less abundance around the world don’t feel this desperate need to affirm ourselves with balancing our salad with a handful of M&Ms to feel like we’re not deprived. I think this is a conversation we need to have more often when we talk about intuitive eating is how it is such a first world concept. And why that is problematic when we carry those ideas into the rest of the world
Clicked so fast. I love Ashley! When it comes to eating, her marriage, motherhood etc she seems like she genuinely just does what she feels is best and just radiates positivity with every decision. A good release for international women’s day 👏🏻
Thank you! ❤️
Yeah
My fiancee is from Sicily and my grandad is from Calabria, so when I heard cannoli + Calabria I died a little bit, but I'd really like to try her combination, I really believe that testing how foreigners eat our typical food can help us discover new flavours that we're not used to because of our strict traditions 😊
That's so true!
Love you Abbey! You make me feel so calm and I just love how you never judge. Just wholesome advice.
I'm so glad it's helpful!
I wish there were more foodies like Ashley + more plus size celebrities with healthy eating habits that you could talk about. Then people could really make the connection that skinny does not equal healthy which is so so needed
I related to this “what I eat in a day” more than any other one I’ve watched. Absolutely loved it.
I LOVED this review. It is so nice to see someone who loves and ENJOYS food SO MUCH in a larger sized body.

So glad you enjoyed it!
P.S I wanted to thank you.❤️ I've been watching your videos for a couple of months now and I am getting to the place where I'm not feeling out of control hunger at night! How? By ADDING protein, carbs, or fats to my meals/snacks to make them more satisfying. Doing that simple change has made my hunger so much more manageable. I no longer eat a single protein bar for a snack or quick lunch. And I was afraid that it would affect my weight (losing prednisone weight has been challenging) but it hasn't at all! I'm no longer even fluctuating in weight anymore. I'm also not experiencing as many hypoglycemia attacks anymore. Thank you, Abbey!🥰
I'm so glad that's been helpful! ❤️
Do you realise that you making this video is seriously important to my life right now? I just found out I'm pregnant and have been having major guilt about my caffeine consumption. But I have to be able to work and i need the caffeine to do that. I thought I had to keep it under 100mg, which is entirely impractical for me. I will say that the stress from the guilt going away might actually naturally give me more energy and less stress enough to slightly reduce my caffeine consumption as well as to just reduce unnecessary stress. I could cry. Thank you for making this video. You have no idea.
Hey Abbey, I just wanted to say thank you! Your videos and your knowledge particularly around intuitive eating have really helped me. I have PCOS as well, and I've struggled my whole life with disordered eating patterns and a lot of emotions around food. You helped me feel okay about certain foods, certain cravings, and helped me listen to my body. Since I started listening to your channel and especially intuitive eating, I've lost so much weight and improved my PCOS, and I stopped associating food with emotions as much. My specialists are so happy. I've been okay with my size regardless of what size I am, I am okay shopping for clothes and not caring about the number on the label. I've stopped associating exercise with pain and suffering lol and instead enjoy exercise as a way to help ease emotions. Thank you so much for making it okay to be human and for helping me break out of toxic cycles of behaviour. You've taught me how to listen to my body and to respect myself. Thank you for your hard work Abbey!
Thank you for sharing! I'm so glad it's been helpful 😊
I don't drink as much coffee as her, BUT I GET THE NEED!
And it isn't even all about the caffeine for me. Sometimes, it's comforting. Sometimes, I want to drink it at midnight when I get home from work (but try to refrain) just bc it's soothing, yummy and comforting.
When I was pregnant with my daughter, I couldn't stomach anything greasy so I had a lot of salad and sushi rolls (mostly cucumber or avacado, but I did eat a little bit of tuna, even thought I knew I wasn't supposed to). I had a lot of cold foods. With my second child (son), I was always in the mood for cookies, for filling meals. I had really bad heartburn so I always had candy in my mouth to help but yeah I just could not have had two very different pregnancy cravings. One thing that stayed the same both times was pickles. I ate a lot of pickles.
I'm not claiming I ate the best foods or the recommended foods, but I think it's important to discuss it with your doctor and just eat a little bit to help satisfy the craving so it doesn't build up.
Ashley has always been such a role model for me! As I have gone through school for dietetics it made me appreciate her more and more.
I craved salads so much when I was pregnant with my second. With my first, it was eggs Benedict. But those salads... lots of fruits, seeds, and crunchy bits with beautifully crisp leaves. Nothing else sat well with my morning sickness for so many months.
Sounds amazing!
Cannoli are from Sicily, but the real question is HOW do you eat cannoli with watermelon? Like.. did she cut it and put the slices in the cannoli? I don't know how they're there, but in Italy cannoli are BIG ahah
I'm not sure! Possibly
omg im early for the first time let me take this opportunity to say i love your vids!!!
Aw thank you!
I lovr that you didn't negate her experience with gluten and even talked about non celiac sensitivities and their link to autoimmune diseases!!!
love your videos for gentle nutrition reminders and to not take food so seriously!! it’s been forever since i’ve counted any calories, and it’s all thanks to you🥰
So glad it's helpful!
"knows her way around a cheap candy" LOL! I love this. Totally me!
I wish more people ate like this, with this much love for themselves, their bodies and those around them. Loved this video!

I love Ashley so much. As a new mom with a VERY different body since giving birth, seeing her confidence in her clothing and in her motherhood really has shaped how I frame my experience of motherhood. I want more of that confidence still!
I'm so glad it was helpful for you!
Yeah congrats
I just now found your channel! I am living for your content, but more importantly, your gorgeous subway tile and kitchen motif 😍
I come from a place where people usually eat dinner at 5-5.30 pm, and now living in a place where people might eat as late as 8.30, I really struggled with this in the beginning. I don't like to eat the biggest meal of the day so close to bed time, it just doesn't make sense. Now I usually eat my bigger meal at lunch and in the evening I'll have a soup and maybe some cheese or bread and cheese with yoghurt, rather than like pasta bolognese or fried chicken or pizza lol
Interesting, thanks for sharing!

when it comes to food for me i’m mid size and dairy free pescatarian.. i definitely act this way when describing food i love. i personally had b learn how to have a loving relationship with food i love that aren’t “healthy” i use to worry so much about losing weight and diets until last year that i fix my relationship with food and lost some weight that made my body feel better ☺️
One of my favorite new meals is avocado tossed in salt garlic and olive oil and air fried, then topped with tomato, cilantro and chicken.
2021 Abbey is great ! I can see that you are much more comfortable with your skin/beliefs and better at reviewing people's overall diets with high compassion. And I really love how veggie friendly and not jugdemental you are. As someone 90% vegan (vegan will hate me for saying tbat) I really dont want to see people tell me im good or bad, science+ encouragement are all I need! Thank you, keep on going in that direction :)
Thank you so much!
Thank you for spreading the truth about caffeine and breastfeeding! So many moms get hate or come at each other in message boards over it. With my daughter I noticed I had to delay my second cup of coffee until after her first morning nap if I wanted her to go down well, but other than that it didn't affect her.
I'm so glad that was helpful!
once again, Abbey, I appreciate your approach to food and eating.
Thank you! So glad it's helpful

I dont get this whole 6pm is eating early? That’s sees such a normal time. What time is a normal time 8 or 9. I’m winding down then and getting ready for the next day
I guess it depends the culture. For example, in the UK, eating around 5/6pm is normal. In France we find it super weird as most of us eat between 7.30 (when we are early) and 8.30. And in Spain they usually start dinner after 8.30 or even 9 pm.
In Portugal, most people have dinner between 8 or 9pm. But it’s not even uncommon to eat dinner as late as 10pm (11 is rarer but can still happen).
I’ve never met a Portuguese person who ate dinner before 8pm though.
@@elineplantier probably because of time when sun goes down. In warmer climates summer lasts longer and thus days are longer. Only after around 9-8 p.m. is sun setting. Meanwhile in colder climates, sun sets as early as around 3-4 p.m. so 6 p.m. may seem like it's already 'late'.
Whatever works for the individual!
I start cooking dinner between 6:30 and 7 on my off days. On work days i start between 9 and 10
Frozen dark chocolate sounded interesting, never thought of it, gonna try.
I've been keeping all my chocolates in the freezer for years
Frozen Snickers are also good lol
When she described the salads my whole soul wanted that salad! Now...I need to hit the grocery store!
Something I would love to see you do is another snack review of random things in your magical pantry! Maybe turn it into a series 🤤
Great idea!

Great advice once again ☺️
Italy is actually one of the top countries to travel as a celiac, it's because a significant amount of their population have the disease. Also here in Europe most gluten-free brands are Italian.
They were in general aware of the subject before it became a "trend".
Interesting, thank you for sharing!
Id love to see a video on anti-inflammatory foods and what exactly they do to help with inflammation/what to avoid and why. I am an active 24yr old and was recently diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis last year (arthritis of the spine more or less) and am always looking for non medicated ways to feel my best/not be so stiff to avoid having to rush into an immune suppressant. I hear a lkt if the same things about anti inflammatory/inflammatory foods but never exactly feel as though they dive into just what it is those foods are doing to my body and why they should be avoided or are beneficial! I always feel like i leave your videos truly learning something and think hearing this info from you would help so much!
When I was pregnant I had 24 hours a day morning sickness for 6 months solid. All I could manage to keep down was bovril drink with strawberries or arrow root biscuits my mum made me because its supposed to help. I think it may be a family thing I know my nan had a hard time and my mum was actually still throwing up in the delivery room when she had me. I'm in the UK and 6pm tea time is pretty normal here it's funny how things like that change in different countries. I love Ashley's relationship with food you can tell she's a foody at heart it's lovely to see esp some one with her career where there's normally unhealthy relationships x
Pregnancy cravings 💓 first two months watermelon! Then all I wanted was steak and Brazil nuts, last trimester tomato soup, which I’ve not touched in the 24 years since cos I ate so much of it 😂
When I was pregnant I would buy bagged salads then eat them in bed (right out of the bag) after work, I couldn't get enough.
Yum!
I think it’s the green leafs you need? Iron?
@@darnitthelma4247 That could be, the women in my family struggle to absorb enough iron and I now take supplements.
loved this review! very informative
So glad!
Best review yet!! I love Ashley Graham and Abby!
So glad you enjoyed it!
I’m having trouble picturing watermelon with cannoli, but it’s amazing with feta or goat cheese and pistachios. Plus, The Flavor Thesaurus (awesome book!) also recommends chocolate and cinnamon. So Ashley might be on to something...
Flavor Thesaurus? I’ve never heard of that, but I’m definitely gonna check it out. Thank you ☺️
Could you do a video for those with diagnosed IBD? From a dieticians point of view
I'll put this on the list!
Totally second this coming from someone who has Colitis and Chrohn's and doesn't eat a lot throughout the day. Abbey makes it possible for me to enjoy food living vicariously through everyone's diets :)
Yes! That would be awesome!
My favourite what I eat in a day video and review ever! You look beautiful and wonderfully relaxed here too which is lovely 🥰🌹
Hi Abbey, wonderful video as always. I wondered if in your future videos you might be able to mention metric measurements? Ie the metric equivalent for the alcoholic drinks that were in fluid oz? You’ve helped educated me so much about nutrition & balance & I often tell my Mum about your wonderful work. I love hearing about the supporting evidence & white papers too, it’s great to see what your job means to you & what it means to you to educated people about their own well-being. Have a fab day from South Lincolnshire UK x
Thanks for the feedback!
