stay happy I guess everyone is different, but it still doesn’t seem quite normal. Like maybe there’s some kind of illness causing it. I know my sister has Crohn’s disease and has a finicky diet. What she can eat and when, otherwise she gets horribly ill. For me, if I don’t eat an hr or so after I wake up, I’m starving and actually get light headed and slightly nauseous.

You should try it. I'm not from the US, my country has a long coastline so octopus is pretty common. There are so many tasty dishes from octopus tbh.
It's fairly common in Japanese food. So someone who lives in LA or a bigger metro area and eats sushi a lot is likely to encounter in a menu fairly regularly. I like octopus.

I do this too and I'm not super slim. Some people just don't have appetite in the morning, you know? I've always been this person myself. I wake up feeling a little nauseous. Oh, and it actually takes me some time to feel hungry after working out too, so I end up eating at lunch time only
I go for runs and then do my core before I eat in the mornings. That way when I finally eat the food tastes way better because I'm fucking starving lmfao. Also eating right before working out can cause nausea for a lot of people.
Working out on an empty stomach works for some people, just like those who commented. I don't eat before my workout and feel great at the gym.

This honestly wasn’t as pretentious as I thought it would be and I kind of relate to her. Heck yeah I’d try the delicious food they are experimenting with at the goop office. And sometimes if I am in a rush I’ll grab a protein bar or smoothie. Also, one pot pasta dishes are the best! I mean she is a healthy person, I think we all knew that prior to watching this video. But it’s not like she is just eating celery sticks all day. I think her diet is honestly just that of a health conscious person who doesn’t over do it. Good for her!
