If you want an easy way to add aux power to your radio, buy a "3 way" switch. Hook the radio to the common (black) screw. Attach the factory power wire to one of the other screws and add your new power to the last screw (don't need the green ground screw hooked up) Now your can switch between two power sources. You can also use this trick to separate shore/ coach power, up to 20 amps. Hook the load to the common, hook the shore and inverter wires to the other two screws.
I love my element but the one at the 8 minute mark is just laughable. The brodozer wheel poke thing looks just as stupid as all the other crap all over it. It’s just like a 2000s FWD eco box with a wing on the trunk. 😂😂😂
The first guy recycled and re used to many other manufacturers parts. He could have used Honda parts but the center console was cool. The second guy was more humble and didn't seem to be scripted .
Scripted? I know this guy. He’s eloquent and knowledgeable. He’s amazingly creative to be able to adapt other parts to retro fit. Imaginative knowledgeable and skillful. “Recycle, reduce, reuse”. 👍👍
@@NB-ms3es that same motto is used by safe light and my son’s personal experience was not a good one. He booked them to come to his house to replace the windshield on his 04 Pilot and they never showed. No apologies or anything wound up going to someplace else.
I have 2003 Honda Element 198,000 miles no rust but has a few issues and lots of wear and tear inside. Paint is faded some areas. I don’t know if I wanna handle the repairs, they seem easy. I am located near Chicago If anyone is looking for project or willing to help me restore it.
That first guy in your video was definitely thinking outside the box. Salute!!

That's funny as shit I used same console for my 5mt element had to cut hole for parking brake
The intake in the first one lowered the HP. Increased MPG but lost power.
