Why hasn't this home sold ? 3 bedrooms private baths have 20 year old vanities, and the laundry room counter is dated as well . So stop saying fully renovated . That's a lie .

beautiful home but for my taste i wouldn't have gone with that gold in the bathrooms the walk in closets it may be new but it looks cheap i would have gone with something not white is it possible to have quieter pool equipment? other then those things i like it
Thanks for watching. The walk in closets are well done actually, and white is always a classic look. You can always paint the walls in the closets darker and that makes the white closets pop. The pool equipment was running the spa, and it does fire up when the jets and heater is on.
😢 I am sad they took it off the market and I have no way of asking them if they would take 5 million over asking price for it I checked with the hoa and it was being rented and they were not getting what they wanted for it 😊I'm willing to go over the 4.5 million mark for them provided it's done properly with the hoa so I can get all my kee fobs read over the rules and trash day 😅

Views definitely are better on a majority of homes in MacDonald Highlands, as are pricepoints. MacDonald Highlands lacks sidewalks which is a huge negative for those who like to walk/jog especially with their fur babies. I would definitely consider them to be similar, but pros and cons to each neighborhood. I know some people who moved back to Anthem CC from MacDonald Highlands because of the golf course and amenities at Anthem were preferred, and I also know people who moved to MacDonald Highlands from Anthem bc they wanted a more modern home with a view. So it depends on which community feels good to each person :)
