I'm a carpenter and have been using Diablo blades for years in all my saws, but this just blew me away. I'll be out looking for these now.
Sawzall blades aside, the steel demon blade cutting through that I beam was definitely impressive.
My buddy mike chopped a minivan in half with a 7 1/4 saw all he did was flip the blade backwards and went at it!
22 sec lengthwise, and 9.9 sec crosscut. Amazing ! Diablo blades are the best in the business. I really like their blades for woodwork. Cuts like butter everytime. Leaves a clean smooth finish.
Thanks Ron , I've used Diablo blades in the past. You just proved how great they cut and that's why I'm a loyal follower of your channel . Love you my brother . Great content and you are great American Patriot.
I’m sold, great video, great products!
Yep, Diablo makes really good blades.
Most effective Diablo commercial ever. I'll be getting some this weekend!
If you had a workshop with all the right tools, like Diablo blades, your inventions cant be stopped.
Me: alright I finally got my super secure bunker
Him: cuts thru bunker steel in 2 seconds
Me: ;-;
Great Video...I have shared it with my DIY friends...You have a great platform to demo more products for those who enjoy your channel but would not necessarily buy a shelter...thanks for info...Diablo all the way.
WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TIME A 1,000. They could not have gotten better exposure than being on your channel.
Thanks for giving the guys from Diablo the time to showcase these products. Im certainly going to give them a try.
Wow awesome AF! Love the Intro Ron!
I've used Diablo blades in the past and I'm proud to say they hold up just as good if not better than sawzall brand, Dewalt, etc. The ONLY gripe I have is kind of universal that if you heat any of these blades up, regardless of manufacturer they all fail and fail fast. If you wanna max the life out of any pro-sumer grade blades keep 'em cool and that'll keep 'em sharp! Be that through a coolant fluid or just taking a few minutes extra between back to back cuts. TLDR: Diablo is great blades but have to keep them cool while cutting!
As a journeyman tool and die maker for 13 years, that's impressive! On my shopping list now.
I just bought two new containers this week. Great timing. I was going to use my grinder with a cutting blade but no more. Thanks.
Wow very nicely video thanks guys 😘
Sold I'll take some...for sure that's my next go to when cutting metal.🤘🤘😮
This reminds me of when the door to door vacuum salesman comes by and you make him clean different rooms to "test it out"
"IMPRRRRESIVE!!!!!(heavy r trilling) As a artist working with metal, tires etc. I am definitely getting this stuff. You just CUT my salvage and dismantle time to mere minutes instead of days. Amazing. Thanx.
20 years from now when I'm the leader of my merry band of marauders in a zombie apocalypse I'll be sure to have a tons of these blades on hand... for reasons....
20 years?!?! With everything going on this year I’d stock up it could be the next thing that hit us lol
Try this November
I've been using them they are amazing
Smitty SF-3751
Show and tell, best advertising in the business, man they are a vast improvement over some of the blades I have been using. Keep them coming.
Great video, Diablo Blades Rock and Love the Shirt! 😀
Time is money. I love your videos Ron. Stay positive. When you crest your enemies will fall hard. Integrity is everything. Everything, every good thing, is built upon integrity.
Lol integrity with a dumb ass Trump shirt and hat on
Used their blades for wood cutting. Great stuff!
Holy shit, I know my next purchase
Finally a metal blade I can use on a regular circular saw. Going to GD and get one. Perfect for my work drive saw I don't use much anymore.
Yes sir Diablo blades are the shit I used Diablo to cut everything even my sawed-offs get on board Ron
This is one of the most useful videos I've ever seen on UA-cam
Fkng Outstanding! Just what I've been looking for!👍👍👍
That was impressive great job dude’s
I can’t help but think about how these are tools that can break into the bunker now. How thick are the escape hatches?
Awesome 👏 who knew, I’ll be heading to town to scarf one up. Thanks for this great video and information.
Interesting. Thanks Ron. Waiting to put some money aside for a bunker. You're the only one I'm calling for a bunker, not the Rising S bullsh*t.
You mean Dropping S....
@@redfaux74 you mean demolition ranch shelters
@Gideons Word ya hes alright but he does a bad job acting like he knows everything. This same thing happened when he bought that ford diesel truck that everyone said stay away from and he acted like he knew what he was doing and ended up having to sell it for scrap.
Diablo has come up with some great blades! I'm sold!
I am using Milwaukee’s M18 Rear handle saw and trying to cut 9/16” or 5/8” steel plate with this Diablo Steel Demon saw blade. I bought the rear handle saw brand new from Home Depot yesterday, and threw on a fully charged 12.0AHr battery.
I did NOT get the results these guys were getting with the battery powered Makita. I could barley cut into an inch into the plate. I then put my depth of cut at half the sheet thickness, and was really struggling made it about another and inch farther. I kept decreasing the blade depth until just the tip of teeth were exposed. This allowed me to make it about 4ft. I think the tips of this brand new blade are not dull and not allowing me to score the plate anymore (not sure, the 12.0 still had 2/4 bars).
I am not sure why this isn’t cutting through the plate. I know the blade is advertised only to 1/2” plate but it seemed like this was close enough (I saw a guy cut 1 1/2” thick steel plate with a 8” Makita or Irwin blade, his Diablo blade was spent and used a cheaper blade).
The only other thing that I seem to be doing differently than in this video is I am setting my blade depth to the thickness of the material while these guys seemed like they dropped the blade to full depth. Do I need to be at full depth for this blade to work? I thought they only wanted to be at full depth to try for a straighter cut. I need help. I don’t want to waste another blade
Are the blades made in America? And what happened to your last video response to Matt?
I was wondering that too...
I made my point. Ok don’t need any more drama over Matt but my die hard followers know the whole story now
Atlas Survival Shelters I think that everyone knows the facts behind Matt, so you are doing the right thing and he will learn from experience. Keep up the videos as they make my day seeing your enthusiasm for your own product. God bless you.
Wow im impressed 🔥🙌🏼
That was awesome thanks for sharing this.
Theses blades are great!! I use them on a regular basis and they hold up well💪💪
WOW! What a great product! On my to buy list next time I am in town!
Never would have thought. What a great solution for a typical handy dad!!!
That's great I'll be looking out for them blades and drill bits . Thank you 😊
Holy crap....im sold. They are great blades. Gorgeous cuts.
That is incredible. And a great prices too. Definitely a game changer.
I have used Diablo wood blades for years and they are THE BEST. However, after meticulously avoiding nails for all these years, the thought of running a new Diablo blade through an I-beam is a shocker. But, that is my problem and I promise I will work on it! Lol... After taking up welding a few years back, looks like I'll have to grab these for sure!
The nice thing with a circular saw, grinder, or reciprocating saw is the ability to buy replacement tools anywhere at a fraction cost and many manufactures to choose from compared to welding or cutting torches and the fuel cost for gas could be reserved primary for welding. The ability to cut faster on a line laid down with snap string while a torch would blast off marking making accurate joints difficult and time consuming and the clean cut joints require little surface preparation for welding.
Damn 😬 that's impressive
Man, that circular blade is nuts! No way I could cut that quickly and accurately with a torch (or even a plasma cutter!)😮
The reason the chip heats up while the piece stays cool is simple thermodynamics and mass. The large mass of the piece simply wicks away the small amount of heat generated at the cutting site compared to the tiny mass of the chip which must transfer the heat to air which is roughly 20 times less efficient.
These things are awesome ordered a bunch of theses
They are on my shopping list for sure great products.
Awesome video Ron... I’m definitely getting the cutoff wheel for my Dewalt grinder for a job I have coming up...
I have used their blades in a reciprocating saw for wood, had no idea they were that good for steel.
SOLD!!! I have blades designed to cut aluminum but this here is just plain mind blowing... Gonna go grab me at least 1 of everything...
How long does the blade last cutting the thin and the thick material?
It last a really long time on thin material and not so long on thick material! How much is YOUR time worth? Previously his workers were cutting with a torch - THEN - cleaning up with a grinder of some type. I can really see him "cutting" his cost with theses blades.
Hello from Atlas 😊👋
@@davesanders9203 That's what a lot of people don't consider, saving time, even if you aren't running a business. I repair the family cars, and yes I could use a breaker bar and socket to remove the lug nuts, but I bought an electric impact wrench for that. It's quicker and it doesn't wear me out. If you are running a business, saving time saves you on the high cost of labor. The cost of tools like this is almost nothing compared to the cost of labor.
They last much longer with a lower rpm circular saw! With a regular 13/15amp 115v makita they are noticeably duller after a few cuts.
I`m Buying a Blade Rite Now!! Looks Great!
great info
love the new start-video ;)
amazing!!!
The Diablo blades are great but I think Makita deserves some credit too.....LOL
I am familiar with Diablo Blades and I love them. I have them in all my saws for wood and both for my reciprocating saw. I literally (2 weeks ago) bought an Evolution Chop saw and an Evolution Circular saw. When using the circular saw I have to wear my welding jacket, welding hood set to grind and welding gloves. It throws chips like a damn chain saw. Ive only used it twice. The chop saw is better, but the cuts are never true and I have adjusted and tightened EVERYTHING. I went with the Evolution because of the reviews and the saws don't turn at as high RPM. That is what people were saying the secret is. You guys are in T shirts! I see a returned purchase in my future unless someone can think of anything I am doing wrong!
That was awesome! 21 seconds to rip through 1/2" steel ... wild!
hard to believe. amazing
We use theses at the farm and our other business love them, we just cut off a set of rotted pulleys from a fertilizer cart with a recip saw and went right through without scoring the shaft on a already well used blade.... worth the extra $$
So sick!
Can you imagine having to spend an entire evening trying to talk with the guy in the red hat? YIKES!
Yes we can. Trump 2024
Done I'm picking one of those up!
I am sold. I will be trying these blades
My Jaw Dropped! Amazing - Only improvement would be a LINK with a DISCOUNT. Blessings
Diablo is awesome, i use their 24t framing blade in my circ saw and the carbide metal and demo blade on recip. Their steel demon blades are insane..
I own one of the circular saw blades but was unaware they are that good. Time to play a little !
Hey rob it’s Ben great job with the video 👍
Hi,for 355mm cutting blade how many teeth is best for cutting thick metal using cut off machine.thanks
Love Diablo blades used for years now
Does anybody know if these are available in the UK? I haven't had a good search yet but I want one of these.
Love the shirt! From New Zealand 🇳🇿💪
I definitely will be getting those blades soon
I use diablo for cutting wood at home with my circular saw, the blade has cut a lot of timber and still cuts like new, nice to know I can get a metal cutting blade for my saw.
Yup going to get one today sold and sold
So anyone with one of those blades can get into any bunkers!! ;)
I am going to get a couple of those blades for my skill saw for a Bandsaw mill build project for sure
Thats a bad ass blade.
Wow.. that’s one bad circular saw blade!!! And what’s more impressive is the 36v cordless saw! I’m still at 20v.. I use the recip blades all the time. That angle grinder blade is a must get! great video
Porter-Cable PCE300 do you recomend this circular saw?, im a begginer who wants to start some metal fabrication projects like bumpers and stuffs for trucks. im definitely using these diablo blades.
Don't know if i said this yet. But LOVE the new intro video kudos.
Imagine staring at a crashed car, with injured occupants, reach into your tool chest and you have a very good chance to get them out before the fire truck arrives. Granted you would have to keep in mind fuel volatility. Awesome video!!!!
Diablo is definitely a cut above the rest, used their products for years 🍺
i'm impressed i will get one and try it
I like it!! I'm getting those blades.
That’s crazy! I would never think a circ saw with a blade could do that much less being rechargeable.
WOW NICE
Wow so the story is true, right tools and good blade disc for right job, mamma mia el Diablo 😉
That is impressive
Is there a part number for that Blade
Hello, I would like to inquire about this product. How thick can it be cut?
will this blade hold up on a corded saw? I have to try one
I've been looking for a cold cut metal saw for some time. Problem has been spindle speed of power source. 5100/4000 RPM beats the hell out of 1400RPM.Thanks for the heads-up!
Awesome
