Really enjoyed the video. Just one thing for future reference, "SUNY" is pronounced (Sue-knee) it's short for "State University of New York", an easy way to remember is you are pronouncing the "uni" in university.
Great video. You may want to include the City and State in the location of each stadium. It's kind of cool to know where these stadiums are and the smaller schools are hard to place. Thanks.
Went to a handful of Whitewater games while living in the Milwaukee area. Perkins Stadium is wild and can get really loud, especially for night games and when there isn’t a Badger game conflicting.
I went to many football games there when I was a student at UW-Whitewater and I can say the same thing. As an alum, I still go to many games and still show my school spirit everyday. GO HAWKS!!!
Great picks! I've been to Whitewater several times for drum corps events- not a bad seat in the house! And I've always liked the look of RPI's stadium- two-tiered bleachers like they have are always a plus in my book.
Take out the record crowd and the other 4 regular season home games averaged 9,923 with 2 crowds over 10K. That's a lot of flies for D3 Football.@@nasedo3129
For being 50+ years old, The George Finnie Stadium and Tressel Field (Baldwin Wallace University / Berea, OH / OAC) has held up well due to timely field and facility upgrades.
Very cool. Thanks for doing this. Can you do a video on DII stadiums? For example, the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference has some interesting stadiums. I'm sure there are other leagues too. Thanks
Nice video. I don't know why people don't just use Google if they don't know where a school is but will say would have loved to see Ohio Wesleyan's Selby Field in the mix. Has a very old school feel and probably in need of an upgrade but another cool one.
Other D3 stadiums of note. In the MIAC in Minnesota you have Gustavus Adolphus and St Johns. In the ARC in Iowa you have Buena Vista, Dubuque, Loras, and Luther.
A second for Loras’ Rock Bowl and Buena Vista’s stadium. BVU’s stadium has a gorgeous library/student Union on the north side and opens up to Storm Lake (for which BVU’s home of Storm Lake is named). It has a feel of what you would experience at the University of Washington’s stadium.
Great vid! One comment for those of us who do not follow D III football. Where are these fields located!!! No mention of location on ant of these ratings. Thumbs down for that!
Kinda disappointed that you didn’t choose Baldwin Wallace and Mount Union. Both stadiums are really nice! BW actually routinely sells out games as does Mount
Great video. Only critique is Clemens Stadium (St. John’s University) wasn’t on this list it’s a great stadium in the woods. I did a game day Vlog on my channel from this year
As a Wisconsin Whitewater fan and alum, i'd have to say Mary Hardin-Baylor has the best stadium in D3. The team is always competitive, competing for titles and is first class everything.
Some thoughts - Wesleyan has a tremendous environment as its field is located right in the middle of campus. Muhlenberg.........you fall out of classrooms and dorms on the game field. Hopkins - nobody goes to the games. Randy Mac and Linfield - you hit the bullseye. St. Lawrence (like Wesleyan) has a grass field which is awesome as turf is garbage. Christopher Newport is really well situated. Franklin and Marshall took the stadium off campus and that blows.
Big MISS. Selby Stadium the home for Ohio Wesleyan University. Delaware Ohio. Probably a few MAC conference schools would love to have this old stadium. Beautiful setting as well.
The person's making his video you said UW Whitewater football stadium campus is getting updated for the football field I'd like to see a video on that if you ever get one if you ever find out the information on that thank you
Well done as a whole. One note; add some variety to your segues ...next we have/here is/now lets look at/our next little jewel is/this forest hide away is, etc.,... Repetition is distracting, boring and lazy. Get out your thesaurus and use it.
If anyone here is interested, checkout Darrell Beane Stadium on the campus of Earlham College in Richmond IN. I find it interesting because does not have a football team.
How you could Leave St. John’s University off your list? Sports Illustrated had it as the top ten of all stadiums in the US. And SJU leads the nation in attendance for D3 almost every year.
As a graduate of Mount Union we’ve beat all these teams and John Carrol on the regular. It’s not the stadium but the team that plays there. We’ve got the best winning % of any D III school over the past 30 years…….and our 5500 seat stadium is the oldest in Ohio. That’s in Alliance BTW……..GO RAIDERS!
St. John's in Minnesota has lead D3 in attendance for about 20 of the last 25 years and their home field is easily the most famous stadium for any small college anywhere, and yet you've never heard of it. Who the hell are you anyway?
It’s in the second D3 video. I’m the person who made one video. People commented on stadiums they thought I should have included and then I gave the people what they wanted.
@@AFStadiums I found that later in the night thanks. The covered side is actually the home side as well. It holds the local high school games on Friday nights.
You need to say WHERE these towns are and the mascots. Makes it much more interesting content. Good video tho.
Got me here pausing and googling its pretty lame lol

Wabash adds temporary seating for the Monon Bell game vs DePauw… series began in 1890 and is one of the best rivalries in small college football

CASE WESTERN RESERVE
SHOULD HAVE MADE THE LIST!!
Went to a handful of Whitewater games while living in the Milwaukee area. Perkins Stadium is wild and can get really loud, especially for night games and when there isn’t a Badger game conflicting.

Franklin & Marshall's campus in Lancaster, Pennsylvania is amazing. GoDips
Thanks for including Wilson Field at Washington & Lee U.
Great picks! I've been to Whitewater several times for drum corps events- not a bad seat in the house! And I've always liked the look of RPI's stadium- two-tiered bleachers like they have are always a plus in my book.
Bulldogs, my son played there 1992 96
I like how you don't put the location, which makes me have to look it up and helps educate me more tbh. Thank you for the content!
Nice video. But mentioning the exact location (city and state) of these stadiums would've made it much better.
Since this video came out UW-Whitewater set the single game D3 attendance record for an on campus game with 20,113 in attendance.
And yet you average less than 5,000 per game, which means you don't draw flies for most games.
Take out the record crowd and the other 4 regular season home games averaged 9,923 with 2 crowds over 10K. That's a lot of flies for D3 Football.@@nasedo3129

Got some D2 stadiums in the works
Awesome video. Like two see them do a feature on Division II revues.
I have some D II stadium videos out

I’ll have to check these out

Whitewater needs 2 move up 2 DIVISION 2. GOWARHAWKS!!!
They got beat by Aurora University last year buddy…
@@TreyDaze datz 👍 good
Check out Don Drumm in Marietta Oh. Great stone facade from the 20s with old ticket booths intact. Big press box, video board and blue and gray turf.
Including Cortland, but not Ithaca despite the incredible views of Cayuga Lake, is criminal.
Ill add it to the next one
Springfield College has an awesome football field. I believe it is well worth looking into.
f&m is literally 15 minutes from where i live! it's an awesome stadium
excellent video, may want to take a look at Baldwin-Wallace and Augustana College....both excellent facilities.
Believe I have Baldwin Wallace in another D3 video I did.
good stuff- i've played in 5 of these stadiums
I like to see a video on this like on division 2 football field in the USA
Your still missing one of the best and that's Clemens Stadium in Collegeville,MN
I'll take a look
You should do Shenandoah university’s football stadium
Great vid! One comment for those of us who do not follow D III football. Where are these fields located!!! No mention
of location on ant of these ratings. Thumbs down for that!
Should have done Cal Lutheran or Ithaca
Kinda disappointed that you didn’t choose Baldwin Wallace and Mount Union. Both stadiums are really nice! BW actually routinely sells out games as does Mount
I’ll probably do another video of D3 since I’ve got quite a few comments in other stadiums. So I’ll add them
Muskingum College has a wonderful stadium with tremendous views
I hope to see Faulkner on the NAIA stadiums. Montgomery, AL. It’s very nice in person.
Would've been nice if you had given the location of each school. Honestly, I had never heard of several of these schools.
I also like UW Parkside college in Wisconsin football stadium division 2
I've been to a game at UW-Whitewater's Perkins Stadium where the attendance exceeded 20,000.
Crazy place for DIII football.
UW LaCrosse should be on this list
Nice video but if its not to much could you possibly include these smaller or lesser known schools locations?
You should check out Ohio Northern University “Dial-Roberson Stadium”. They play in the OAC with John Carroll.
Ummm University of Puget Sound should’ve made this list… IMHO
You missed University of Wisconsin Platteville. Capacity 10,000 and a gorgeous facility.
Next time, please let us know the locations of the stadium in terms of city and state... Thanks
Great video. Only critique is Clemens Stadium (St. John’s University) wasn’t on this list it’s a great stadium in the woods. I did a game day Vlog on my channel from this year
Appreciate it. I made a second D3 video. Clemens Stadium is in that one.
@@AFStadiums oh sweet I’ll go check it out!
As a Wisconsin Whitewater fan and alum, i'd have to say Mary Hardin-Baylor has the best stadium in D3. The team is always competitive, competing for titles and is first class everything.
How do you not have University of Mount Union on this list? The powerhouse of all D3 programs!!!
I was seriously looking for them myself
Some thoughts - Wesleyan has a tremendous environment as its field is located right in the middle of campus. Muhlenberg.........you fall out of classrooms and dorms on the game field. Just subscribed to your channel
Big MISS. Selby Stadium the home for Ohio Wesleyan University. Delaware Ohio. Probably a few MAC conference schools would love to have this old stadium. Beautiful setting as well.
A great video but you left out Roger Harring Stadium at UW LaCrosse in LaCrosse WI.😢😢
Where are these stadiums towns and state
Look at ray and sue smith stadium, hope college it’s one of the best
Good video, but it would be nice if you actually said what state these stadiums were in.
Google it.
Mary Hardin Baylor has a super nice stadium. I’m from Abilene, HSU should take note.. Hardin Simmons and Mary Hardin are rivals
George Finnie Stadium at Baldwin Wallace University in Berea, OH is one of the best D3 atmospheres! Should look into it!
Pretty sure I have that stadium in the second D3 video I made.
Bellhaven in Mississippi just built a new stadium. It’s small but nice.
Hampden sydney is nice more historic looking and Christopher Newport stadium is nice too
Check out Washington &Jefferson, Grove City is unique and finally Albright .
I'll give them a look1
Bro a stadium wit a 13k capacity cannot be a D1 stadium 😂😂
There’s a D1 FBS Stadium with only 2K more🤡🤡🤡
The person's making his video you said UW Whitewater football stadium campus is getting updated for the football field I'd like to see a video on that if you ever get one if you ever find out the information on that thank you
It's SUNY(State University of New York)
Surprised no Benedictine or North Central
Two schools that definitely should have been in the list
Clark Griswald Stadium was my favorite out of that group.
You should do the big high school stadiums in Texas.
It's "Johns Hopkins" NOT John Hopkins !
And Salisbury (SAWLS-bury), not Sailsbury (he pronounced SALS-bury)
Case Western University, Mount Union, and Ohio Northern. Ohio Wesleyan is also pretty cool.
Francis Olympic Field, Washington University, St Louis.
I think uw-whitewater college football football field
The stadium where I went to high school seats more fans than most of these DIII stadiums.
St John Fisher University in Rochester NY has some great facilities for the Buffalo Bills camp
Crazy to think my high school in Ohio has more capacity than most of these, and has just as many press and luxury boxes/suites
need to tell us where these stadiums are!
Well done as a whole. One note; add some variety to your segues ...next we have/here is/now lets look at/our next little jewel is/this forest hide away is, etc.,... Repetition is distracting, boring and lazy. Get out your thesaurus and use it.
#HowTrulyFunAndNiceRightHere!
Wabash college Crawfordsville Indiana , Adrian Michigan
You need to show Texas highschool stadiums, they're bigger than all of these !
How about William Paterson University in Wayne Township, Passaic County, New Jersey? 👌
If anyone here is interested, checkout Darrell Beane Stadium on the campus of Earlham College in Richmond IN. I find it interesting because does not have a football team.
You missed the one good d3 stadium
CAL LUTHERAN UNIVERSITY IN THOUSAND OAKS CA THEIR STADIUM IS TOP NOTch for a D3
Definitely did miss on this one. Just one more season to make another D3 video
@@AFStadiums all for it 👌🏻
Only one reason why college has gotten expensive. Competition at every turn.
All stadiums with tracks suck! You are to far away from the field I don’t care what anybody says.
How you could Leave St. John’s University off your list? Sports Illustrated had it as the top ten of all stadiums in the US. And SJU leads the nation in attendance for D3 almost every year.
Check out my other D3 video. Its in that one
no one calls it "sunny", the acronym SUNY stands for State University of New York, and they pronounce it "sooo-knee"
Johns Hopkins
It is pronounced sue knee cortland, not sunny cortland.
As a graduate of Mount Union we’ve beat all these teams and John Carrol on the regular. It’s not the stadium but the team that plays there. You can't start out the video with a picture of a $5 plastic football.
Missed out by not hitting the winningest program in D3. Mount Union Purple Raiders.
I did another D3 video. Made sure they were in there.
@@AFStadiums I found that later in the night thanks. The covered side is actually the home side as well. It holds the local high school games on Friday nights.
Where??!
Johns Hopkins....Not John Hopkins.
It’s pronounced “sooney” not “sunny”.
Cortland university blows all of these away
FCS is not Division 1. That's FBS.
FCS is division one
FBS used to be called 1-A and FCS was 1-AA.
Played at Adrian. Soccer. Beat them like a drum
So Division III is like High School?
Disappointed to not see SUNY Morrisville’s drake field home of the original college black turf!
Lol I'll add the black turf to the next D3 video
@@AFStadiumsyes sir!
No Clemens Stadium = no knowledge on your part
Watch the other D3 video.
Sunny university sucks!! I went to cloudy tech !!
