Is there a link for how she makes her triple distilled cold brew?? That sounds amazing!!

when you say triple filter, does that mean you just run it through paper filters 3 times?

Once you infuse for a minute. Do you leave it on pour? Or infuse? If pour. Are you suppose to infuse it for a minute before each pour?

    I have so many questions!
Honestly, I've been eyeing this thing for beer and coffee use for a long while. It was nice to see the process of how to infuse the gas. I would like to ask....
    1. What do you do if you want "more" nitrogen per batch? Is there a reason you shouldn't want that?
    2. 64oz version?
    3. Can this be stored in the fridge safely? How should it be stored?
    4. Can you prime it with 1 cart of gas, store it. Let it sit pressurized, and then pop in a new can for serving and use? (I usually let my cold brew sit for a day or several, especially if I add some vanilla)
    5. Long term, how do you maintain this system and the tap system?
    6. Why is the nitro submerged in this design? (I'm just curious about that)
    7. How does this compare in terms of taste, quality, longevity, etc. Compared to some of the other nitro systems designed for 12-24oz batches? (Prima coffee has one I think?)
Again, very glad to see this here!

Well no answer yet. No wonder it is on sell this week because people don't understand it.

Quick question, do you need to change the ampule every time when you refill the can?

Yes, single use proprietary 16gm No2 cartridges that are only available from GrowlerWorks 😒

It comes with N2O, but is it compatible with N2 gas?

No, GrowlerWorks has made this to only fit their proprietary 16gm No2 cartridges. No one else makes this size so you're forced to use their pricy cartridges (but still way cheaper than buying from barista). I already had their 64 oz growler but decided i liked coffee more than beer so purchased their Nitro nozzle, larger cartridge sleeve and 16gm No2 cartridges. It works ok, but requires filtering cold brew to remove ANY particles a/o sludge or nozzle clogs. Then you must disassemble nozzle to clean 2 tiny stacking plastic parts and small mesh filter. Pretty hard to get these plastic stacking part back into nozzle tip without skewer or small needle nose plyers(bad design, not user-friendly at all). Honestly my ISO whipped cream maker makes better Nitro cold brew with less problems and way cheaper than GrowlerWorks does. And I can buy pure N2 cartridges 2-4gm anywhere. However, I only get 2 days of Nitro brew in the ISO.vs 4 days with growler.
There are other Nitro cold brewers available that seam better, using standard 2-4gm N2 cartridges that are external of reservoir to allow users to add more N2 if desired. Most are larger than pint sized whipped creamers and smaller than GrowlerWorks 64oz (which is the size of a gallon jug that takes up a lot of space in your refrigerator.
JMO consider pros & cons of all options to buy what is best for your preferences & lifestyle

    コーヒーメーカーと言うよりはコーヒーに炭酸ガスを入れるきかいだね。これだけではコーヒーは作れない。炭酸水メーカーでも作れそう。

I brew mine in a 64 ounce jar and then pour it in the tank after a day or two in the fridge
