Can you add creamer to the cold brew inside the Ukeg or add it after you pour the coffee ?

I haven't used mine yet (just got it), but does a single cartridge last for a single keg of cold brew, or do they have enough pressure for multiple brews?

To clean the tank, I filled it 2/3 full and turned dial to Infuse. Afterwards, I turned dial to Pour. However, no gas or water came out; I'm guessing there was no more gas left, but why doesn't any of the water flow out?

What happens if u accidentally didn't turn the pressure to off when and cleaning and opened it on the "pour" setting

If you opened the main cap with the dial still on pour then you would lose all of your nitrogen gas and then you cant flush it effectively

@@chrislegend_legendary5812 thank u for your reply. That makes sense as it did act weird when I flushed it, as long as it's not broken though I'm fine. Thanks

Awesome videos! Two questions... 1) how many kegs do you get from one cartridge? How many cups of coffee do you get from a keg?
Again thanks so much for the awesome videos! Extremely helpful

The manufacturer recommends one keg per cartridge . We believe two kegs can be squeezed in. However, there would be no remaining gas for cleaning. About 60 ounces can be attained from a batch, and number of cups are determined by cup size.

Sorry, I got one of these for Christmas, waste of $225 when you buy some extra N20 and filters. As you kind of demonstrated, the Nitrogen infusion just isn't there. But everybody I've seen using this product doesn't like to actually show a real pour of this unit and how it should really look. It pours like a tap beer, doesn't do a Nitrogen cascade like a good setup does, and just turns to a dark porter beer tap fill with some foam on the top real quickly. There is only a quick over foaming action as it comes out of the tap and then turns to just a foam heat like a tap beer. No nitro cascade, which means it isn't infusing and making a real creamy Nitro cold brew. Basically it is making a cold foamy coffee. Going to likely return this thing and just buy myself a small counter setup with separate Nitrogen tank, 2.5gal coffee tank, fridge, and proper tap with gauge to do a proper infusion and creation. I've seen too many of these units, and now after having one...well, it just isn't the same. People can hate Starbucks all they want, but when they do something, they do it usually pretty well, and their NCB is some of the best I've tasted how it pours and is infused. This thing is nowhere close to that.

Interesting points. I also got it for Christmas and it's been okay. As I drank it, I'm like, "Wait, is this the nitro brew coffee I was hyped up about before?" I couldn't tell what exactly was off. It definitely doesn't seem creamy necessarily, it tastes like cold brew with light carbonation and a foamy top. I'm really not sure I'd prefer drinking this over my typical cold brew coffee that I make straight from the coffee maker and put into the fridge. Going to try Starbucks nitro brew tomorrow to compare and sadly I might return this as well.

I just used mine for the first time and my experience has been even worse. I followed the instructions and tips to a T. The coffee brew went well and it tastes great but the infusion process didn’t go well at all. There is absolutely NO cascading happening when I pour and there’s just a tiny bit of bubbling at the top of the glass during and after the pour. It’s barely noticeable and it sure doesn’t affect the mouthfeel. I charged the cap, screwed it onto the ukeg, turned the dial to “infuse” and gave it a good shake for a couple of minutes. The pressure level maxed out at 15 and stayed that way until the coffee level was down to 8 cups, then the guage finally went up into the “infuse” range where it sits now. Am I missing something or is that as good as it’s going to get?

@@doingittodeath3858 Just tried mine for the first time this morning after waiting weeks for the nitrogen cartridges because my husband thought it would come with atleast one cartridge. Same problem you had. Where's the foam??? I am so disappointed. I noticed his gauge was pretty far to the right reading at the "infused" my gauge barely gets past the 15 mark. Taste is no different than cold brew. Was wondering if you tried again with any more success?

Buy the cartridges from a vape shop. College kids inhale them as a drug and they’re exactly the same thing and far cheaper. Buy columbo or starbucks liters from a grocer and save time and money.
