2 eggs
75 g white wheat flour
a pinch of salt

🔪 Preparation
Put the 2 eggs and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Beat the eggs with a hand whisk until slightly foamy.
Pour in the flour while continuously mixing with a hand whisk to prevent lumps from forming.
You need to get a homogeneous dough, well bound, but flowing easily, the consistency of a cream or slightly thicker than a pancake dough.
Pour the dough into a piping bag or a thicker plastic bag and cut an end about 4-5 mm, depending on how thick you want the noodles to be.
Pour the bagged cutlets into the pot of hot water, soup or broth. Press the bag and stop after how long you want the noodles to be. Don't worry, they won't stick together! At first they will go to the bottom and in a few seconds they will rise to the surface
Boil the noodles for 3 minutes, it doesn't take more than that to make them fluffy and delicious.
