    You need to brush em with melted butter for flavour and to get the dry toppings to stick. Also the type of oil that is used for frying matters cause it changes the taste.

    I am not Neil , Born in Canada never seen or had a beaver tail . Is this a new thing ? After watching your video it reminds me of a donut without the hole .

      Quite common at street fairs and markets etc that I've been to. Quite donut-like in flavour but not as much in texture! Definitely worth a try!

    Canada, you are metric so please use metric measurement
