@@Natalya-user-not_a_loser ,в пекарнях может быть и так,а если посмотреть на то ,как домашние кондитеры торты пекут на продажу, никаких тортов не захочется. Сейчас они полно видео выставляют. Почти все с длинными ногтями,без головных уборов и фартуков. Про перчатки,я вообще молчу.Да ещё кольца на пальцах.
@@yultrun2802 Последнее, что мне пришло бы в голову, так это заказать торт у "домашнего" кондитера. Собиралась как-то делать торт для ребенка по мотивам Minecraft, включила видео, как из мастики можно сделать декор в этом стиле. Там было все, что вы паписали: болтающиеся на плечах волосы, отсутствие перчаток, ногти, гора бижутерии на пальцах, катание мастики по столу ладонью. Ну, думаю, это же просто образец для видео. А дама и говорит: "Это торт для заказчика...". )))

В наше время вкусную выпечку найти трудно... Почти всё с пальмовым маслом, да и изделия в объёме всё меньше, а цены всё выше....😒 Поэтому, надо готовить дома.

Смотрю, а у самой ностальгия!! 😭😭год в пекарне: сдоба, слойка. Специально согласилась пойти на изготовление слоеного теста, чтоб узнать как же оно готовится.. Смотрю сейчас и руки чешутся, а душа изнывает-как я это обожаю... труд тяжёлый, хоть и любимый, но низкооплачиваемый,поэтому пришлось уйти

I love Korean pastries! They look so delicious.
These are all Western pastries
Looks nice but depending on what you're used to the taste is usually disappointing. The thing is East Asia doesn't have a tradition of these sort of pastries, most of the places are about as authentic as Chinese restaurants in the West. I don't know this specific place but one thing that looked suspicious in the video for example is the butter. Or look at the American hamburger cheese on top. It's basic stuff like that which nevertheless makes a huge difference in the end.

@Säker tagning I live in a very rural town, in southern Virginia. The food here is basically Southern Comfort food, basic food that is not really "fancy" like European cooking. I'm sure I'd be able to find European food closer to the Washington D.C. area. But that is several hours away north for me.
@@pamelalepper2368 I think your nearest shop would be somewhere in Boston, MA. The dough is the classic dough with 9 layers of butter for most Danish pastries.There are also some Danish bakeries in Chicago. Obama once advertised for them I guess. I am from Denmark myself, and I really miss those. I don't think you can make them here in the South, because of the climate. But everytime I go the Denmark, I just have to visit a bakery.
