I find the difference between players then and players now remarkable . . These seem like and play like your average blokes in comparison to the machines that play today feels like very different games
What the hell was this game. One of the most controversial game and no one seems to be talking about it. 90 minutes went very well and a good game. But then England scored the 3rd goal but was never in. It didn't go in at all but the referee gave the goal. For the 4th goal there was a handball and when Hurst scored that goal the police in the side were chasing a few pitch invaders. Utter disgrace and that too in the WC final
In 1967 my family & I flew to England to meet the 1966 world champ team to shake their hands but they were too busy. I think they actually snubbed us, u know, gave us the cold shoulder. So I put a voodoo on the England team - they will not win another world cup.

This is the World Cup Final that England stole unfairly as the 3rd English goal in Extra Time by Geoff Hurst NEVER, NEVER, NEVER crossed the goal-line for it to be considered a real goal.

Germany would have played very differently and not attacking in full to tie the score and England would not have had the chance to score their 4th goal.
