Is the Flow Arts Community toxic? A lot of people seem to think so...but why do they think that, what does it mean, and is there anything we can do to fix it? In this video I explore the idea of toxic communities/relationships and how these concepts might be applied to Flow Arts culture and what if any fixes we might have to look forward to.
