@@larrystephens7437 Larry, thanks for the sub and thanks for watching! I saw your 6.6 quarts and double checked the manual to make sure the 21 was correct. They must have upped the pan size or line on the 22. I was shocked that all of the fasteners were missing on the under cover, but got that squared away. Water pump fine so far, but I am watching it. We like the Bronco and I hope it holds up.
@@fixitwithbeer2435 Yeah the fasteners are a bit of a pain but it sure does not take a lot of effort to install them correctly. Replace them and move on...
@@larrystephens7437 I thought it would be a quick pick up at Autozone. They did not have them on the shelf, but Amazon got them to me in less than 48 hours.
Well Larry, it happened. Started getting a belt squeak about a month ago and started watching it. Noticed a little drop in coolant level and some coolant spray under the hood. Took it to the Ford house this morning and told them that I suspected the water pump. They just called back and told me that it is water pump. Good news is that is covered under the 50,000 mile power train warranty, no charge. 40,000 miles. You called it.
@@fixitwithbeer2435 Well it still sucks. Seems like there is not a pattern to the failure. Some low miles and some high. I hope the dealer follows the multi flush process to clean it out.
Needs more beer!
You got that right!!
Yeah that plate can be a PITA. My 1.5L 2022 holds 6.6 quarts. Any water pump issues in your 2021? Good video thanks for sharing.

Nice work. Looks way too hot there.
We are in the official dog days of summer. Hopefully it breaks in the next couple of weeks.
