This was my 4th attempt and by God's grace and mercy and the help of Ms Sophia I passed 🥰Whoever is studying whether is your first time or not, never give up I'm Rn nurse now Y”all🎉🎉🎉
Hi Nurse MJ, thanks for the information. Please in your application did mum state that she sponsored herself in the application or were you the sponsor? And how much can I have in statement if am to sponsor her?
Hi MJ this is very informative. Thank you very much. Please was your mum asked to provide her bank statement. Even though you were her sponsor. And did you produce your tenancy agreement. Also did the British office in Nigeria contacted you for any other questions. Please help me answer these questions.
Hi MJ, thanks for this video.. just a quick question,, I feel we need you to tell us more about the bank statement and financial part, I love how us said 1500 pounds on your own part , but we are clueless on your moms part, how much worked for the visa , like what she’ll contribute. This part is a major determinant . Can you please help clarify on this . Thank you for Your help ❤
Like when I get to the UK, can I start the whole UKRN processing....I should only write IELTS here in Nigeria and relocate there because my family lives in the UK
How about if you want your mum to stay for upto 6 months . You said it is recommended to state between 2weeks to 1 month. What then will happen and how do I go about it? For her to stay between 3 months - 6 months
Yeah, she can stay for about 5 months and go back. But it’s advisable to fill 1 month in the form, probably buy return ticket for the said dates in the form, and then you can extend the ticket when she’s in the uk.
Yes, since it’s a simple visit, the dates should reflect that. They will be given 6months visa anyway, If you’d like to extend their stay, make sure you keep it within 6months … must never exceed if you still want their visa approved next time. Plus, make sure you have a good reason for the extension for the next time you’re applying 😊
@@NurseMJTV yes I want my mum to come but I want her to stay for atleast 3months after I give birth. Judging from your recommendation 2weeks to 1 month is small🤔. Unless I can fill that she is to stay 2weeks to 1 month but then extend her flight when she is here already
@ Hi, Thanks for the video Please I’m trying to apply for my sister to come write an exam in the uk, Do I need to her airfare prior to the visa application or after the visa is approved?
Hi nurseMJ . Please am doing my mum’s application right now and just came across your channel which has been of great help . Please do mum take tb test. That’s the only place am stuck as not sure if she need one?
@@NurseMJTV oh thanks so much dear. Got confused where it said you need a tb test if you are coming from certain countries which Nigeria is one of the countries on the list.
Check if you need a TB test for your visa application You'll need to have a tuberculosis (TB) test if all of the following are true: • you're coming to the UK for 6 months or more • you've lived in any of these listed countries for 6 months or more you were living there (or another listed country) within the last 6 months If you're coming to the UK for less than 6 months, you'll still need a TB test if you're applying for a Returning. Resident visa, or a family visa as a fiancé, fiancée or proposed civil partner. If you're already in the UK and are applying for or extending a British National (Overseas) visa, you'll need a TB test if you did not provide a TB certificate
Hi Nurse MJ, i intend to invite my mum for my graduation next year, i would like to know for the birth cretificate part, i have a declaration done by my dad when i was in aecondary school abd that is what ive been using.. it has the name of my father being the one that went to swear the oath; my mum is not included. Will that be an issue?
Yes it will be. Your birth certificate proves that’s your birth mother. So you need to either get it re-issued at your local government or get another affidavit?
My second question is when your mum had issues about the returning ticket date at the embassy, how were you able to scale through? Cos most of our parents we do invite its just two weeks duration we put as the period of their staying but we know that they are staying more longer, if you share the experience on how you scale through we would really appreciate it
She had delay at immigration when she got to UK , cos the return date wasn’t matching… & that was because we got a cheaper ticket for the date we bought and just went ahead with it. Just don’t let your parent over stay If you don’t want them to have issues with future application is my advice.
Thanks for this vidoe. Pls my question is that is it the amount of money you have in the bank account that matter most or flow of money inside the account to prove as statement of account?
@@NurseMJTV MJ I meant for the sponsor not the parents. My mum visa was denied two months ago that was why am asking all these questions. Sorry to bother you
Nurse Mj....my family lives in Manchester UK.... I finished nursing this May from Oyo State College of nursing, pls how can i go to the UK as a UKRN....I hears verification portal will be open soon.....Can i just write my IELTS and relocate there... and start my CBT, OSCE and verification over there
Moving with your family permanently as an adult is tricky and almost impossible. Except you get a job in the UK that offers you sponsorship. If you have a spouse in the UK u can join him… & start your processing while you’re here. You can also visit your family in the UK… but you will have to go back to your country and enter again to start your journey as a UKRN.
Please I’m a masters student and I want to apply for a visit visa for my bf from the USA .. do I need the same documents? And also is it possible they will give him?

Please can you use two sponsors and their bank statements without you using your own bank statements as a students for a visitors visa
Thank MJ for this video. Please what if the person visiting did not go back on the same date on their return ticket, is there any consequences?
So far they go back before they are 6 months in the uk
I can’t say as a matter of fact, but people say they don’t like when you stay up to 6months, and could deny you next time

My mum is unemployed/retired… bank statement will reflect u sending her money? We send her money monthly
Please ma’am I need your help, what if I I applied for a visa a month to when I travel , will it be approved
The approval depends on if you applied correctly, not when you applied
How soon can I make the application
Depends on when you want them to come in… usually up to 30days b4…
Thanks for the video. What will happen to the return ticket if she doesn't go back on the said date?
Well, you can call the airline to inform them of the changed date
Did same for my mom, so she can leave before 6months.
