But on the daily run 0-100 times won't really matter , as long as there is sufficient amount of power to overtake the car next to u it'll be perfect. Also, being a car enthusiast I love n/a high revving engines even though they arent as powerful as the boosted ones.Revving them out just gives me eargasm
Nice review man. btw the temp gauge does not read particular temp when is straight up, but it is considered as "operating temp". At least on my M62 the gauge is straight between 75*C and 115*C.
Same here with mine, which is scary, because once the needle starts moving up, it's actually too late. One of my mates actually reprogrammed the cluster to get the needle to fluctuate according to the actual temperature, which I think is better.
Can you help me pls? I entered to this hiddem menu to check the voltage values, and then I exited. Since then my speedometer and and L/100 km consumption gauges are not working. If I go back to the hidden menu and ran test nr. 02, all the gauges moving. Before I entered in this menu those 2 gauges worked fine. What happened? How can I fix it? Thank you for your answer. Edit: I alredy tried resetting the OCB at test nr. 21. No results.
Hi Kon, you sure does a lot car reviews. But can you make a video explaining when one should loan 5 or 7 or 9 years for a car? Is it worth to get a 9 years loan for a better car or stay with low budget car with 5 years loan kinda..
Ermm... it all boils down to how you manage your cash flow and how frequently you plan to change your car. Most of the time, if you take a 9-year loan, the first 2-3 years (may be even longer) will see your car depreciate faster than you can repay your loan. During this period, if you ever decide to sell your car, chances are you'll have to top up money in addition to your car's selling price in order to settle your loan. It's not an issue if you plan to keep the car for long, but do be mindful that if you get into an accident and total loss your vehicle, you'll be in a spot. It's always best to be able to pay off your loan sooner rather than later, so if you can find what you need or want that you can pay off within 5 or 7 years, that's the best.
Hi Kon ... can you share the fuel consumption of your E39. how much mileage u get from a full tank ? how much it cost you to pump full tank into E 39 ? Wat fuel are you using for you E39? how much is the estimated service cost for your E39
About 13-14 litres/100km. I refuel at about 450-500km intervals. Using mostly RON 95, but I did pump one tank of V-Power Racing to clean the engine up la. Servicing cost varies based on the work done la bro, do check out my other videos for this.
Kon, Keep up the good work. Your review has good personal touch
Thanks for watching!
The sound of the inline 6 is lovely 💦
Engine's a delight to rev.
@@KonWaiLuen But sadly the turbocharged engines dont sound as good
@@pratishwarankumaran2444 They pull a lot harder though. An F10 520i is a good 2-3 seconds faster from 0 to 100km/h than this. Haha.

Hey man, just got an e39 '03 530i model. How can you know if the miles have been rolled back besides the tamper dot?
The only other way to find out would be to connect and OBD scanner and read the ECU mileage

Hi Kon, What is the light indicator next to the airbag? Thanks!
The green one? I think it's cruise control.
Hi thanks for the great video! Is there any way to add to the menu the real speed data? Thanks !
You'll need a coding expert to help you on this, but I believe it can be done.
how to change the language from german to english ? i removed the original navigation that the car has and since my battery dies its in german...
May need to access OBD
How to change language?
It seem ur meter don't pop up check engine light, same as mine,is it normal..
There's no check engine light for this cluster configuration. The OBC will just flash a line of text under the odometer.
@@KonWaiLuen oo i see..
pls can anybody tell how to change the date on the e39 i have the same display same dashboard like this.. thanks
it shows 2017 and i don't know how to change?
You have to adjust it from the centre stack panel.
TheJoker-MK what if I don’t have the central panel anymore (replaces with Eonon)?
I would guess you could edit it with a good code scanner
My code doesn’t work

Also an issue if your car got stolen. Best to take 7 yr loan max imo. Unless the rates are less than 2%
i miss when gauges were round.
Wow wow wow
Maybe the K number is the number of times the bonnet has been opened.
I don't think so. It's 4812 every time.
