My eyes got wet watching that video. I miss my 525 touring so much… words can’t really describe it, its like missing someone important from the family. Unfortunately here in Poland E39 is really getting whacked from roads, all the salt, rain, theres few and few of them. Good condition ones cost a fortune, and you really can’t be 100% sure that it was maintained well by previous owner. Some expensive ones are really just a sh** in a golden wrapper. And getting metal work and paint repaired is expensive as hell too….. Still, love watching vids about that Project. Really hits the empty spot in my heart. Thank You Sreten.
T21 = kicking massive goals! what a genius. 'Look at me now, you Witch!', this makes me so happy to watch, thanks Sreten. I think this is my favourite.

6:10 Gale Banks has an excellent video on this. The real question is how much AIR DENSITY can you cram into the runners and cylinders, NOT how much boost. Ideal gas law tells us that pressure and temperature are directly proportional. If we double the boost pressure, but the temperature also doubles, we have gained ZERO oxygen density! We have to increase the pressure while keeping temperatures down. Small edit: this is all operating under absolute pressure. Atmospheric pressure is approximately 14.7psi or 1 bar. Doubling the absolute pressure would mean 29.4 psi or 2 bar.
If you double the air temperature in kelvin, not celsius. And same deal with boost pressure, normally what's reported is pressure relative to atmosphere, but you would need to double the absolute pressure to double the air density. So NA -> 15 psi will roughly double your power (assuming equal temperature), and to double again you would need ~45 psi boost.

I bought other one and I hope it will fix the issue. Anyhoo thank You very much S! Amazing tune of your daily.
I admired you from Canada, I watched you from Mexico, now I'm right next door to your country as I have relocated to Europe and perhaps one day I can meet the superstar who brings real cars back to life and makes them better. Watching this episode brought a huge smile to my face and also made me hop on researching how much and what is available in the 530 platform, and WOW they have jumped up in price. Thanks again for the amazing and educational content that you put out each and every time. you inspire me to wrench on something soon and bring back a BMW back to life.
That exhaust note is super solid: you can hear the power, and not ",just" enough, but you can hear there is more available. Maybe not the M5 sound, but still a very nice sound. You did well with this one. Now.... what can I afford on my 530....
And just like that. Im caught up on all your videos between the two channels. Its been equally enjoyable watching the progress of these cars and the channels' content. Really enjoyed the classical music in the rundown of this episode's touring and the effort of turning it down during the voiceovers. Your work ethic is admirable!
Thank you for the motivation to go work on my e39 540i touring. Not nearly as nice as this, but it gets the job done and I get the work done thanks to this channel and INPA!
This car looks so classy and it's a massive beast, I think your channel is the best car content on UA-cam right now, keep reviving the cars that led many of us down this rabbit hole that's car culture
The strange thing I've noticed while watching your videos is that I tend to giggle a lot. The enthusiasm you have is contagious. I'd enjoy this type of build more than any exotic out there. Perfect.

That pulls harder than a teenager. I love it, the E39 Touring has always been a favourite of mine. Actually, I love the E39. I now need a car such as the E53, but knowing it has the same engine as this car gives me lots of ideas, but no money. I loved this build Sreten.

That's a beautiful E39. Absolutely love how you styled it. As a shop owner who builds fast cars for a living, I've driven a lot of different cars, and I keep coming back to the BMWs. There is just something special about them.
I’ve been waiting for this episode from the moment Sreten mentioned b58 cooler for m54 this summer. Wish we could see more details of installation process, what cooler was used and what will control pump for water intercooler, what have been done with stock pcv system - no aftermarket catch can have been installed as I see, but direct connection valve cover to crank case by hose is wrong. M54 is dirt cheap and is awesome engine to get some power by turbocharger on stock internals
Wow!!! I love it when modern technology is tastefully merged into older vehicles 😊 Makes me wish I had the time and money to make my E46 into a similar modernised modern classic. Looking forward to the next project episode as always 🥰
Interesting that the brake pads are FF rated for friction. The "Internet experts" will be crying that you need G or H rated pads or else the sky will fall in and your pads will melt or some such nonsense. That supercharger/intercooler is a really clean install. Nice work from T21industries
Thank you for sharing all the efforts Sreten, the result is there!! 💪Talking about rejuvenating old cars, does anyone know of a similar headlight modification to what Sreten did but for the 2005 Mercedes E-Class? I'm interested in upgrading my headlights similarly. 🤔

What an excellent wrenching episode. Your work is always appreciated! Love the S58 intake manifold upgrade.
man man man, my first car is a E39l. I have it for 2.5 years now and retrofitting it and keeping it as pristine as possible. Everytime i see one die on FB Marketplace or something my heart cries. You are doing such great jobs keeping this things on the road.
My 530IA went dead last year 5hp19 was MIA after one year I rescued the car with ZF 5 speed manual thanx to You and Oliver (great guy he is) Very happy with the outcome but I used second hand flywheel and I'm experiencing same issues, rattling and strange noises when off the throttle.
I love to see power upgrades that doesn’t overwhelm the chassis
Keep up the good work
This is a very special episode
Looks gorgeous. Beemer is nice as well. Great job my man! Classic music is a great touch! Makes it more emotional and filled with passion!
tayland did amazing job wow this is art from both of you
BRAVO!!!!!!!!!
E39 is a very good car and now you have created an even better car.
Respect for your work!
And just like that. Im caught up on all your videos between the two channels.
Its been equally enjoyable watching the progress of these cars and the channels' content. Really enjoyed the classical music in the rundown of this episode's touring and the effort of turning it down during the voiceovers. Your work ethic is admirable!
BMW: Ultimate driving machine
Tyland: Perfect Driving Maching
I’m a big car guy and can appreciate what you have done with this car well done man! Love it!!
Traction control started flashing in that last pull!! Great series this. Also looking forward to Project Skövde. Skövde is only 150km from me here :)
Thank you for the motivation to go work on my e39 540i touring. Not nearly as nice as this, but it gets the job done and I get the work done thanks to this channel and INPA!
The smile on your face at @10:40 is priceless and genuine.
This car looks so classy and it's a massive beast, I think your channel is the best car content on UA-cam right now, keep reviving the cars that led many of us down this rabbit hole that's car culture
After two years of mentions, we finally meet Taylan - what a top bloke!
The strange thing I've noticed while watching your videos is that I tend to giggle a lot. The enthusiasm you have is contagious. I'd enjoy this type of build more than any exotic out there. Perfect.
Saving this for the evening while wrapped in a fleece blanket with a cup of tea.
Awesome build, one of the coolest projects ive seen you do. Love the car and the mods, It all came together beatutifully!
I am driving my dads old BMW E60 525i with the N52. Really fun engine which loves to rev. That car is gonna stay with me forever. Maybe I'll have to look into supercharging it in the future!
I have the same engine in my 525i E61. How much oil does yours burn ?
@@byerikson7547 It doesn't burn any oil. It does leak however but that's to be expected from a BMW :D
@@byerikson7547 My 325i burns around 1L every 1000km. Getting the oilpan gasket, oil filter housing gasket and PCV Valve replaced in january, hopefully it'll bring the consumption down.
@@paul2naruto PCV is a big have to on these engines. Mine burned loads of oil and misfired sometimes when going full throttle. Replaced PCV and poured out like 1-2 liters of oil from the intake. Since replacing PCV it's been cherry.
That pulls harder than a teenager. I love it, the E39 Touring has always been a favourite of mine. Actually, I love the E39. I now need a car such as the E53, but knowing it has the same engine as this car gives me lots of ideas, but no money. I loved this build Sreten.
I've never owned a BMW but I LOVE this channel!
It's a sign then. 🤔
Continue to live vicariously through this channel. You don’t want those problems 😂
Me too 😂
sreten - holy cow, man! this is amazing. i am loving the concept of the S58 intake manifold - i could definitely see using that same kit on my new project - a türkis grau E46 Touring with 18" Alpina wheels!
also.... @43:16.... wheelspin at 140kmh?? FFS!
Awesome Episode!!! Glad to see the Project Complete. Off to the Next One...........
That's a beautiful E39. Absolutely love how you styled it. As a shop owner who builds fast cars for a living, I've driven a lot of different cars, and I keep coming back to the BMWs. There is just something special about them.
I love your nut and bolt restorations and this one is just as epic as the others. And OEM+ 🤗😂
Oh my .... never thought I'd love bmw this much again. what a car this one Sreten. Kudos to you and your friends ❤
Sreten my man that might be your best episode so far. What a car
Sretens giggles when he stepped on it is hilarious. He so love this. Great video as always. You are amazing.
This is f**king amazing. If you love classic BMW's like I do, this absolutely beautiful. These guys make me want to move to Germany.
I just want to say that I love your videos and the effort and enthusiasm that you put into your work! Keep up the good content!
Nice work from T21industries
one of the best project ever in my opinion. so inspiring !
29:29 I am honoured to support such great E39 project! Really happy Gauge.S is proving it's use! :)
Thank you for sharing all the efforts Sreten, the result is there!! 💪Talking about rejuvenating old cars, does anyone know of a similar headlight modification to what Sreten did but for the 2005 Mercedes E-Class? I'm interested in upgrading my headlights similarly. 🤔
kudos man!!! easily the cleanest e39 touring in the world imo !!
0:19 e39 touring looks like brother of Alpina B10 V8S ))
They are brothers ;)
Because they are based off the same body shell.
No matter what, im still in love whit those seats. Handcraftet masterpieces. Over all the car is absolute goregeous.
I’m emotionally attached to every single project, it’s like watching your children grow up and become greatness! Sreten you are truly an artist and solid justice for these beautiful marvels of ingenuity.
Sreten! What can I say, the comeback E39. Respect!
Wow! That's so amazing! May I ask what the final cost was to rejuvenate this majestic vehicle?
Best restoration channel on UA-cam 👍
I really like the fact, that you can buy whatever BMW model and you can bolt stuff from another BMW to it and they are almost plug and play 😂😂
Keep manuals alive and what is not manual, make them manual 😁
Edit:
And another thing Sreten, go back to the dealership now and show the car to the lady 😂😂
Respect for the M54, what a great engine it is ! 🫡
43:16 140km/h DSC working. amazing!
This Rottweiler was a dog. Now it’s a wolf in sheep’s clothing.
Sweet what a build very sharp and functional - thanks for the content.
"wasn das fürn kombi" vibes haha
Love it ❤❤ but I really wanted to see YOU install the s58 manifold. Great job
