- Hey guys, welcome to our channel! Today, we're in Goa, India trying some delicious Goan food. As foreigners, we're excited to taste the unique flavors of this coastal state. We've got some amazing dishes to try out, so let's get started!
First up, we're trying Chicken Xacuti. This dish is packed with flavor, thanks to the poppy seeds and Kashmiri red chillies. The chicken is cooked with onions, coconuts, chillies, and other spices. The Kashmiri chillies give it a fiery kick and add a beautiful color to the dish. No wonder it's one of the most popular Goan dishes!
Next, we have Chicken Cafreal. The chicken is marinated in a spicy green masala made from green chillies, herbs, and various spices. Then it's fried to perfection. The dish is so flavorful that you don't even need any sides with it. But we're served it with some tomatoes to balance out the heat.
Moving on, we have the Goan Prawn Chilly Fry. The prawns are cooked with a mix of spices, including green chillies, cumin, and coriander. It's a spicy and tangy dish that pairs perfectly with some steamed rice.
We also had the chance to try the special Goan fish thali, which includes a variety of seafood dishes such as fish curry, prawn masala, and fried fish. It's served with rice and roti.
Last but not least, we have Chicken Vindaloo. This dish is packed with flavor, thanks to the vinegar and garlic used in the preparation. The chicken is marinated overnight with the masala made from chillies and other ingredients. Then it's cooked with onions and other herbs. The potatoes give it a unique twist, and that's how it got its name Vindaloo.
Overall, we had an amazing time trying out these Goan dishes. The flavors were unique and so different from what we're used to. If you're in Goa, make sure to try out these dishes and let us know in the comments which one is your favorite!

Just started watching your channel. Where are you guys from? You might need to do something about the mic. The streets are quite noisy there but dont know how other UA-camrs do their sound.
Welcome to the channel, Ashish :) I am from Russia, JJ is from Cyprus.
Thank you for your suggestion, we already ordered a microphone, so soon videos will be with better sound :)
@@LoveLiveDiscover That would be so lovely. Welcome to India. I don't live there anymore. Please also ask people what they think of Russia or what they know about. Would be an interesting exercise ♥

I am not sure if it's just me. I watch it on my phone speaker so that might be the cause, but it's hard to hear you guys. I use the same phone to watch other videos on UA-cam and don't have any problem with speech recognition. The outside noise doesn't help but just a feedback
Now I'm Hungry. Keep experimenting with food guys, there is lots to choose from in India.😊
Yeah, you shouldn’t be watching this video hungry 😀
@@LoveLiveDiscover couldn't help myself.🫣
