no spice in goan food? old man must be talking about catholic food specifically not hindu culture food. portuguese brought spice in konkani food is somewhat hilarious.most europe people find indian curries too hot to handle and i guess portuguese is in europe.

Anubhav bhai Great video The lady making sausages , really hard working lady.Kudos to her.One thing you come to know is one really has to invest time and work patiently to give best tasty cuisine. End part of video, the boy telling about migration is real eye opener. Raul,as co host was fantastic. Only downside is the audio quality was not upto the mark. You could have filtered tha background sound in the initial cafeteria scene and provide another microphone to the accompanying people. Rest of it fantastic as usual 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Longuinhos was my dad's favourite restaurant whenever he would come back from the ship. Everyday he would ship at Margao and come with their beef and chicken pattice
As I have commented before, Mr Sapra is creating a benchmark for food blogging. Actually it would be unfair to limit him as a food blogger, as his work well beyond the boundaries of food. His people skills, empathy and sense of humour are really to be appreciated. Its an excellent window into incredible Indian culture and food, especially the bits that no one talks about. Its contemporary as well as timeless, in a way. Well done sir. Kudos from an Indian in UK rediscovering his country through you 🙂👏
I somehow don't find your blogs interesting because you are not a die hard foodie. You are somewhat artificial, your energy dies down as you see food. Be a foodie first and then start blogging.
Seus vídeos são maravilhosos! Retratam a essência do povo e a relação com a comida local e me ajudam nas pesquisas sobre alimentos do Brasil que foram para Goa. Espero um dia poder encontra-lo!
There's a huge Brazilian contribution to Goan cuisine through the Portuguese which isn't well documented nor popularly known to the world. I also came to know recently a certain breed if cows was gifted by India to Brazil years ago and it is very popular in that country.
I love how his voice is so fricking deep, but his personality is a whole different level ,from sounding mean and rude,to actually being sweet and nice❤️❤️
