I always felt like the "You'll be alright" line was added just for the fans, because I'm guessing everyone's immediate reaction was similar to Steve's.
When Steve gets stressed it comes through the screen and I feel everything with him. Lacey's stress can be less obvious but when she gets pissed we know it. Great reaction as always guys.
The part where Morgan talks about the Wolf guy, he’s not saying that because of that, Denise was safe, cause he knows that if he didnt do that, the result would be the same. He’s saying that he change that guy into a « good » person .
He thinks like a liberal. Don't punish the killers, give them a second or third chance as the victims pile up. Sounds like the dems here, help the offender and punish the defenseless.
Carol is truly suffering from severe anxiety about having killed so many people, and not wanting to be forced to kill more. I never thought she was faking the panic attacks. I think they are real, brought on when she realized she would have to kill again.
I honestly think that was bad writing. Doesn’t make sense. Why would she have guilt for killing so many all of a sudden. Just felt like it was a silly plot point.
I didn’t like when Rick basically disrespected Tyrese when Morgan brings up that Carol killed Karen and David back in the prison. Rick said he would have thanked her if it happened now. I felt like that was a slap on the face to Tyrese, considering he’s the sole reason Judith is alive.
@CrazyDoughboy Except for the Brachial blood vessels. A major artery runs through your shoulder. Even if it wasn't in reality being shot anywhere has the potential to be fatal, especially in a world where antibiotics and doctors are rare.
I like how you guys have been agreeing mostly with Morgan in this episode. A lot of people disliked him at this point and there were a lot of complaints about him. I see him as the level headed one between him and Rick now because Rick has gotten way too cocky. I also like how Morgan tells him "no, you started something" after he was the one to openly oppose Rick's plan to attack the outpost in the first place. Beautiful kitty distracting me every video.
The protein bar that Michonne stole was a reference to the season 3 episode "Clear" (when she ate Morgan's peanut butter bar while he was unconscious), and the beginning of this season when Morgan asked her if she took it (which she denied). As for everything else, Rick and the others really screwed up big time.
Oh, the irony! It doesn't matter what Rick &co. did or didn't do...... What happened was always gonna happen. Maybe a little differently, but it was just unavoidable. 🥺🧟
@Jaun B. I'm with Leila regarding the situation Rick & Co are in. Its like being in the middle of a cow pasture that has a herd of 500: dont matter what direction you go, you are gaurenteed to step in some shit eventually.
@@JuanSolo9 They took a Hilltop kid at 16 and bashed his brains in. Rick and his crew killed like 30-40 of the saviors. STILL just one is chosen seemingly random. So poke the bear isn’t applicable. Hilltop didn’t poke anyone and got the same!
Man, the amount of heat Austin Amelio (Dwight) got after shooting Daryl was CRAZY. Rabid fans threatened to burn his house down and it's like, guys relax. Dude's just doing his job, lol. Amazing actor to draw such a powerful reaction from the fanbase. Austin absolutely killed it with that shot heard round the world.
I always wished they would have reshot or digitally fixed in post the way Dwight was holding his gun on Glen and Michonne. He would have lost a finger if he pulled the trigger!
It’s all foreshadowing. That this nice life that Rick and CO had at Alexandria was about to change severely w/ the inevitable arrival of Negan who would change their lives forever.
They already know something cataclysmic is in the future. Of course watching this show you can anticipate something cataclysmic Every episode. But I and many of Lacey/Steve Steve/Lacey fans would be over the moon if they could give us a double episode reaction♡ I know it's not the schedule, but it would be a real treat for us. Hope you guys consider our request. Until next time, be well! ♡♡
I think Morgan’s point is that in his view the Wolf changed because he didn’t kill Denise therefore Denise saved Carl’s life. If the Wolf had not change he would kill Denise right away in order to save his own life and consequently Carl would probably have died. I think what Morgan wants to tell us or to tell Rick is that if we do the right thing make the right choice in that case not killing good things can come out of it in that case there’s still a life that can save another. Killing the Wolf would be wrong not only because it goes against Morgan’s view of life (all life is precious) it shows us that no matter how evil someone can be that person can still change be useful and save someone’s life. Morgan tells Rick not to kill that man they don’t know who he was because that man could possibly be their luck by saving their lives (and/or their loved ones lives) in a moment of need in a moment they’re in trouble. If he’s alive then he’s able to save other lives too.
Its kinda crazy to think that if Morgan didn't save the wolf that Carl would be dead most likely. But I just loved how they put that together for Morgans story. Everyone always gives Morgan shit for being too peaceful and having to kill eventually, but Carl would've been dead if not for his pacifist ways... everything gets a return...
I love Steve mad support for you and your family these reactions have helped me and my marriage on how better to communicate. Thank you sir. I wish you and your wife well
Comic Comparisons: This episode is completely unique to the show the comic buildup to Negan’s entrance is much different Daryl’s expedition doesn’t happen in the comics because Daryl doesn’t exist in the comics Carol’s runaway doesn’t happen in the comics because at this point in the comics Carol is long since Dead (she committed suicide at the prison by letting a walker bite her)
Will not say what episode or even this season but you will know once you watch it, when that episode and later some other episode happens, please consider 2 part upload, of course if you think that its needed if you can cover reaction in one upload great but please consider it. Thanks! Also really like Stranger Things reactions.
I get Morgan's theory 100% it does get a return. If Rick killed Morgan during "Clear" he wouldn't have been there to save Daryl and Aaron. However it works the same vice versa. If Carl killed the zombie it wouldn't have gotten Dale. If we killed the Governor he wouldn't have killed Herschel. if we killed the termites right away they wouldn't have gotten bob
Rick has turned into an actual killer. He's killing people in their sleep and guys on the road with no proof that they instigated whatever happened with Carol. Rick is a terrible leader.
This episode was frustrating: Carol doesn't want to stay with the Crew because she was tired of the constant killings she had to do to protect them. So her solution is to leave? Did she really think that if she left, she wouldn't have to kill anymore? That the world would just leave her alone? And what's the first thing that immediately happened after she left? She was accosted by the Saviors which she was then forced to kill. How naive is she? Morgan. Once again he tries to rationalize his decision of why he let the "Wolf" lived. He explains it by telling Rick that, if he hadn't let the "Wolf" lived, Carl might have died. But Morgan, what about all the Alexandrians that were butchered and murdered because of that very same "Wolf". Were their lives not as important as Carl's? So the rationality is that dozens of innocent Alexandrians had to die so a psychopath can reach a moment of clarity and save one of our protagonist? Shoddy writing.

at the beginning of the ep, u see carol sewing her coat. that's her sewing the gun into her sleeve to conceal it in emergency.
I remember screaming and crying when Daryl was shot.
Me too 😭😭
Why? It was quite obvious that it was the shoulder
When knew he was alright 😊
@@lewis0705 Only in a work of fiction is a shot to the shoulder no big deal. In reality it would probably kill you.
